Tips For Poor Air Quality

If you or someone you love has been exposed to smoke, soot, and poor air quality from the fires in California or elsewhere, there are some simple ways you can help protect your health that I want to share with you. Exposure to toxic air can be a trigger for other underlying health conditions, resulting in a worsening of symptoms or new symptoms appearing for the first time. Below I have included a list of different options and ways you can support your health and the health of your family and loved ones. My prayers and love are with you and everyone who is being affected by the fires or any challenging circumstance.

MASKS

A high quality mask can help protect your lungs from soot, debris, pollution, and toxins. The N100 mask is especially effective, but if not available then look for N99 or N95 masks.

AIR FILTERS

A good filter can clean the air, including from smoke, and lower its toxicity significantly.

IQ AIR:

The IQ Air has HyperHEPA filtration technology that effectively traps particles of all sizes. That includes viruses, pet dander, dust mites, other allergens and even cigarette smoke. IQ Air’s HyperHEPA filtration is tested and certified to filter 99.5% of all particles down to 0.003 microns. These are the smallest particles that exist. IQ Air is the best air purifier available.

PURE ZONE AIR FILTER:

This HEPA air filter helps to eliminate dust, pollen, pet dander, smoke, mold spores, and household odors. Pure Zone Air Filter is a solid option at an affordable price.

SUPPLEMENTS

There are some great supplements that can help strengthen your health during exposure to toxic air, smoke, and soot and protect your lungs.

Mullein Leaf helps strengthen the oxygen sacs of the lungs.

Micro-C is an expectorant which helps to loosen and remove debris from the air passages.

Lomatium Root is highly effective at aiding respiratory ailments and also helps the body detoxify.

TEAS

Herbal teas can also be a great way to support your health during this time (and beyond.) The below teas help to open the bronchial tubes and passageways and reduce inflammation.

HERBS & SPICES

Garlic, rosemary, sage, and thyme are especially helpful for improving blood flow into the lungs allowing for detoxification of poisons. The fresh herbs are the most potent and effective to include but dried herbs can be used when fresh is unavailable. They can be added to salads, soups, dips, juices, smoothies, teas, and more. Here is a recipe for thyme tea and water that could be easily interchanged with rosemary and/or sage.

HYDRATION

Staying very well hydrated is critical for protecting your health in situations like these. Drinking plenty of lemon or lime water, cucumber juice, coconut water, and other fresh fruit and vegetable juices will enable your body to detoxify whatever toxins you’re exposed to as best as possible. It will also keep your blood thinner to help your heart provide adequate blood and oxygen to your brain and other organs. It would also be helpful to keep your diet based on as much fresh produce as possible at this time, versus eating too much cooked, dehydrated, or processed food to minimize dehydration. You can read more about dehydration on my Chronic Dehydration blog post at http://www.medicalmedium.com/blog/chronic-dehydration.

I pray that this information helps you and your loved ones through this difficult time. You can find out more about this topic of environmental illness on my blog at http://www.medicalmedium.com/blog/environmental-illness and also read more about other various triggers you may face and how they can affect your health in my book Liver Rescue.

Thyroid Healing Juice

Juices are a great way to get in a variety of healing ingredients in one go. This Thyroid Healing Juice from my book Thyroid Healing is made entirely of ingredients that support thyroid health. The best part is that it’s easy to customize according to your tastes. Feel free to substitute cucumbers in place of the celery or parsley in place of the cilantro. In any case, you will be getting a big dose of powerful thyroid support!

Let's take a look at some of the ingredients in this wonderful juice and their undiscovered healing properties that I share in Thyroid Healing

Celery strengthens hydrochloric acid in the gut and helps the liver produce bile to break down food. It also provides mineral salts that are anti-Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and help support the central nervous system with powerful electrolytes while they stabilize and support the adrenal glands. Celery has the ability to cleanse the thyroid of EBV toxins. It also bolsters the production of the thyroid hormone T3.

Apples are anti-inflammatory for the thyroid because they starve EBV. When their pectin enters the digestive system, it releases phytochemicals that bind onto EBV, shrouding the virus cells so that they can’t feed and proliferate.

Ginger helps with nutrient assimilation and relieves spasms. Loaded with its own signature variety of bioavailable vitamin C, ginger is also a powerful antiviral. One of ginger’s special qualities is its ability to bring the body out of a reactive state by soothing nerves and muscles. Ginger helps bring balance and homeostasis to the thyroid, lifting it up if it’s hypo and calming it down if it’s hyper.

Cilantro is a miracle worker for EBV. Critical for binding onto the toxic heavy metals such as mercury and lead that feed the virus. Also binds onto the EBV neurotoxins that, when loose in your system, can cause tingles and numbness, aches and pains, inflammation, depression, and anxiety.

Hashimoto's & Hypothyroid

Did you know that thyroid conditions like Hashimoto’s, hypothyroidism, and hyperthyroidism are still mysteries to medical science and research? Their true cause and therefore the steps required for healing are not yet known. Although they have the best intentions at heart, medical doctors and other health practitioners are giving recommendations about these conditions and many others without knowing what’s really behind them. As a result, people are being given inaccurate diagnoses and they don’t have the correct knowledge and information they need to truly heal. Below I will share what’s really behind these conditions. You can also read more about them and over a hundred other symptoms and conditions in my book Thyroid Healing

Knowledge is Power

The first thing to recognize is how powerful it is simply to know the truth behind your symptoms or conditions. If you have been given a confusing autoimmune diagnosis and have been told that your body is attacking itself, you may already feel disempowered and hopeless. I am here to share with you that your body is not attacking itself. Your body is on your side and is fighting for you every day. It never attacks itself. This is a misguided theory that has become a belief that is pervasive today and it’s damaging to your health and your loved ones health. You can learn more in Thyroid Healing. I am also going to tell you the true cause of your thyroid condition. When you know the true cause of your symptoms, only then can you truly begin to heal, recover your health, and gain your life back.

For almost all cases of Hashimoto’s, hypothyroidism, and hyperthyroidism, the true cause is a pathogen in the body that’s attacking the thyroid. That pathogen goes by the name Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV). Therefore, your thyroid is not behind your symptoms. It’s the virus that’s infected your thyroid and creating problems and not your body turning against your own thyroid, which is what medical communities mistakenly believe is the cause. The thyroid is not the cause; it is another victim of the true cause—the virus. And your body is not attacking itself, but it is wisely attacking the virus that is creating the symptoms you are experiencing.

When you finally understand that your body is fighting for you, not against you, and that you have an unwanted pathogen in your system, your immune system kicks into gear and begins acting even more efficiently for you and your well-being. This is critical to understand because of all the misinformation floating around today that is preventing people from healing. Simply knowing and understanding deep within your being that your body is on your side and is fighting a virus, not itself, is the very first powerful step toward achieving true health. This is why knowing the truth is so powerful and essential for your healing.

Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s

When you experience symptoms from Hashimoto’s or hypothyroidism, they’re not caused by the thyroid as I just shared. Rather, it’s EBV causing these symptoms. When the thyroid itself is functioning properly, there are actually very few and minor symptoms that result, such as temperature fluctuations. This is because T3 and T4, the only known hormones in the thyroid, are not actually as important to our overall physical well-being as the medical world believes. T3 and T4 are currently, and incorrectly, considered to be the hormones that sustain our livelihood. However, even when some people have normal hormone levels, they still experience symptoms that are associated with Hashimoto’s such as weight gain, weight loss, hair falling out, aches, pains, night sweats, mood swings, brain fog, and fatigue. It is not the hormone levels that are of ultimate concern, although, of course, it is important to maintain healthy levels of T3 and T4. The real reason behind these symptoms is the Epstein-Barr virus causing a low grade infection that’s not detected by medical communities. All of the above symptoms and many more are actually viral symptoms—some of them symptoms of the virus still living back in another organ such as the liver—not thyroid-caused.

In Thyroid Healing, I explain in great detail about the two thyroid hormones that are yet to be discovered. These hormones, R5 and R6, are vastly more important to our health and well-being than T3 and T4. I also explain how EBV comes to infect the liver and other parts of the body and create these symptoms.

Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is a more advanced version of hypothyroidism. While some sources will say it’s the other way around—that Hashimoto’s causes hypothyroidism—that’s not the case. And what you have going on in your life, from other stresses on your immune system to diet to the triggers I share in Thyroid Healing, will determine how fast the virus may move from hypothyroidism (slight damage to and underperformance of the thyroid) to full-on Hashimoto’s (a severely inflamed, more damaged thyroid). Childbirth is an especially common trigger for Hashimoto’s, which is why you’ll hear of many new moms developing the disease either directly after giving birth or even up to one to three years later.

Hyperthyroidism

When someone has hyperthyroidism, EBV is specifically going into the thyroid, which eventually accelerates tissue growth. EBV is attacking the thyroid so feverishly that the gland grows more tissue to protect itself, and, as a result, to produce more hormones. When you understand that this is actually a protection method and what’s causing the symptoms, you can then take the steps needed to eliminate EBV from your body and begin healing. It is often thought that those with hyperthyroidism cannot gain weight, yet there are many people with this disease who are living with unwanted pounds. They are often told they are an anomaly. However, it is not uncommon. Those who gain weight with hyperthyroidism do so because they have a different variety of EBV, possibly more than one variety, that is sitting in their liver. Over time the liver becomes sluggish due to viral matter and toxic build up. It’s important to understand that it is this sluggish liver that causes the weight gain, not the thyroid.

Moving Forward

Now that you are aware of the true cause of Hashimoto’s, hypothyroidism, and hyperthyroidism, you can focus on the steps to take for healing. In my book Thyroid Healing, I explain triggers to avoid and healing foods for these conditions. In my article and webinar called Foods that Heal Thyroid, I give examples of powerful foods that fight EBV, restore and protect the thyroid, and keep the thyroid balanced. I also have an article and radio show also called Thyroid Healing in which I talk about how to eliminate EBV and support the thyroid. In this post, as well as in the supplements section of my book.

If you are not ready to start including healing foods into your diet, either for monetary reasons or simply because you are anxious about including things in your life you are unfamiliar with, I understand. Just knowing that your body is fighting a pathogen and not attacking itself is such a powerful step forward. Your body loves you unconditionally and is working for you, not against you, every single day. When you read Thyroid Healing, you will have even more information that can aid in your healing, Just remember to have compassion for yourself and remind yourself every day that your body is on your side.

Healing Power of Kiwi

If you’re concerned about regulating blood sugar, turn to kiwis for support. Kiwis are an amazing food for diabetes, hypoglycemia, and hyper- glycemia. Whether your blood sugar levels are too low or too high, eating this fruit will bring you back to center as it simultaneously lowers fat in the bloodstream. Imbalanced blood sugar levels also often tie into moodiness, OCD, depression, and difficulty controlling emotions. Kiwis are the ultimate companion in these situations, because they offer a high-quality sugar source—that is, valuable bioavailable glucose to feed the neurons in your brain and alleviate your distress. Kiwis are an amazing food for stress assistance.

With over 40 trace minerals, kiwis are an excellent source of nourishment. Kiwis also possess a powerful vitamin C that’s bonded to isothiocyanates and anthocyanins; this compound works in congruence with the phenolic acid compounds in kiwi seeds to remove radiation from the body and inhibit viruses.

Kiwis are also fantastic to help alleviate digestive disorders and discomfort, including acid reflux, Barrett’s esophagus, gas, abdominal pain, and bloating—conditions and symptoms that are often related to low hydrochloric acid levels in the stomach. Kiwis’ plethora of amino acids (including serine, leucine, and lysine) raise those hydrochloric acid levels to provide welcome relief. Further, the amino acids are bonded to enzymes and coenzymes, helping to strengthen the digestive system even more, so it can keep unproductive bacteria, viruses, parasites, yeast, mold, and other disruptive fungus at bay.

CONDITIONS

If you have any of the following conditions, try bringing kiwis into your life:

Knee bursitis, gout, rheumatoid arthritis (RA), Sjögren’s syndrome, systemic lupus, athlete’s foot, prostatitis, adrenal fatigue, Barrett’s esophagus, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, mitral valve prolapse, chronic bronchitis, diabetes, hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, endometriosis, autism, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Salmonella poisoning, jaundice, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), H. pylori infection, eye infections, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), sepsis, neuropathy

SYMPTOMS

If you have any of the following symptoms, try bringing kiwis into your life:

Anal itching, belching, bloating, abdominal pain, acid reflux, gastritis, constipation, flatulence, blood in the urine, diarrhea, tongue issues, ringing or buzzing in the ears, moodiness, pinched nerves, dandruff, fatigue, seizures, appendix inflammation, sacroiliac joint pain, pins and needles, heart palpitations, nerve inflammation, loss of libido, low cortisol, high cortisol, joint inflammation, low hydrochloric acid, intestinal spasms, inflamed spleen, inflammation, fluid retention, chronic loose stools

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT

Offer kiwis to a friend or loved one who you wish would be more appreciative and considerate. And when you’re trying to bring those qualities out in yourself, kiwis are a go-to tool. When you’re working with someone whose mood changes are unpredictable and problematic, bring along a few kiwis for the two of you to snack on. If you’re the only one who partakes, you’ll still serve the situation, as the kiwis will feed your enthusiasm and vibrancy to help influence and override your co-worker’s emotions.

SPIRITUAL LESSON

It’s easy to get caught up in our day-to-day lives. We put blinders on that block out a larger sense of what’s around us, distance ourselves from a true sense of who we are, and our worlds become shallow. Kiwis counteract all that.

The next time you slice a kiwi in half, study what you see inside. It’s like looking at an image of outer space! During growth, a mother kiwi vine (the female vine that bears the fruit) channels the universe’s energy, depositing a snapshot of our greater surroundings into each growing kiwi. No other food contains a miraculous picture of the stars, planets, mysteries, and miracles of the world—of which our earth is just one tiny part.

Meditate on this when you enjoy kiwis. This fruit with the humble outward appearance that opens to reveal a galaxy opens us up, too. Consciously and subconsciously, we can disconnect from the annoyances that keep us mired down and closed off. We can remember the vastness of the universe, the depths we ourselves contain, and shock ourselves out of the shallows of our daily lives so that we can find our purpose and connect to the secrets of existence.

TIPS

* To feel the full effect of what this fruit can do for you, eat kiwi three times a day for one week. Think of it as an emotional, physical, and spiritual supplement, taking one at 9 a.m., noon, and 3 p.m. For those seven days, journal the changes that occur: the differences you feel, the epiphanies, and all the other revelations.

* Keep your kiwis in a bowl on your nightstand. This will enhance the emotional aspects that the kiwi can impart. Sleeping beside the ripening fruits will intimately connect them with your being, deepening their effects on every level so they can have the most life-changing results.

Healing Cranberries

Cranberries are well known for their profound antiseptic role in healing urinary tract infections and yeast infections. That power comes from cranberries’ ability to fight Streptococcus bacteria—because most of the time, chronic strep infections are behind these conditions. (Even though in yeast infections, the origin of the problem is misdiagnosed as fungal, really, the yeast is secondary.) And that’s the least of what these powerful little berries do. Out of all the foods on the table at Thanksgiving, that dish of cranberries is by far the most nutritious. Even if your cranberry sauce is canned and saturated with syrup, the medicinal factor of the cranberries overrides the downsides of the added ingredients.

Cranberries are one of the ultimate foods for reversing gallbladder disease. If you’re dealing with gallstones, there’s nothing more powerful for dissolving them. Cranberries are also one of the most powerful liver cleansers on earth, and they’re extremely helpful when you’re trying to pass kidney stones with ease. They can even dislodge earwax buildup and help bring back hearing.

Not to mention, cranberries are high in the antioxidants (such as anthocyanins) that help heal cardiovascular disease and arteriosclerosis. They also hold phytoestrogen compounds that disarm invading estrogens from outside sources such as plastics, environmental pollutants, pesticides, and other synthetic chemicals. Cranberries destroy these toxic hormones that are responsible for so many of women’s health conditions.

Filled with compounds and agents that draw radiation out of your body, amino acids that protect connective tissue, enzymes that specifically detoxify your organs, and more than 50 trace minerals to address deficiencies you may not even know you have, cranberries also have anti-proliferative compounds that help halt the growth of bacteria, viruses, and anything else harmful that may be growing inside of you. At the same time, cranberries provide potent stress assistance during your times of need.

And if you’re trying to lose weight, cranberries are another of your strongest allies. Consuming a bowl of cranberries daily will suppress your appetite and help you shed those extra pounds.

CONDITIONS

If you have any of the following conditions, try bringing cranberries into your life:

Seasonal allergies, migraines, hiatal hernia, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hypertension, cervical cancer, yeast infections, carpal tunnel syndrome, arteriosclerosis, cardiovascular disease, miscarriage, leukemia, ovarian cancer, Streptococcus infection, bladder infections, obesity, pneumonia (all varieties), conjunctivitis, renal failure, staph infections, gallbladder disease, gallstones, kidney infections, kidney stones, anemia, anxiety, shingles, diabetes, gout, HHV-6, cytomegalovirus (CMV), nodules, Lyme disease

SYMPTOMS

If you have any of the following symptoms, try bringing cranberries into your life:

Memory loss, muscle cramps, nail biting, hypothyroid, premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms, weight gain, bloating, flatulence, dyspepsia, jaundice, mania, confusion, intermittent vaginal bleeding, tremors, hearing loss, calcifications, bruising, cravings, dizzy spells, earwax buildup, blisters, hyperthyroid, inflammation, blurred vision, anxiousness, foot pain, scar tissue

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT

Cranberries promote a cheery disposition. Whenever you’re feeling foggy on an emotional level— unclear about what decisions to make, confused about your direction in life—eating cranberries can light your path. When disorganization flusters you, colors how others see you, and impedes the way, cranberries (which grow in a very orderly fashion) can help you sort matters out and move on.

Cranberries also help when neurons and receptors are stuck in a pattern of criticism. Whether you’re criticizing others too much or on the receiving end of reproach, cranberries will help. Regular consumption of cranberries can relieve feelings of rejection and humiliation. And if you’re ever experiencing a sense of alienation, cranberries can help you change course and get reconnected with community.

SPIRITUAL LESSON

As we settle into adult life, we learn that it isn’t always safe to come out and play. Sometimes responsibility requires our full attention and seriousness—or we’re in company that will take advantage of us if we open up and expose our true selves. In much the same way, the cranberry vine has an instinct to stay low to the ground, protecting itself from cold and windy conditions. It can be difficult to even see the small red berries when it’s in this self-shielding mode.

Sometimes we get stuck in this mentality, afraid that taking a moment for delight makes us vulnerable and means we aren’t working hard enough. Yet growing up doesn’t mean that we’re supposed to suppress our joy all the time. Joy is essential to who we are. Just as the cranberry plant takes advantage of the right warm and sunny moments during ripening season to perk up, play in the wind, and dazzle in the light, we can learn to recognize moments that are safe for us to express our true vitality, essence, and glory. We do get our days to stand up and shine, to dance in the sun. It’s just a matter of balance—and there’s no better teacher on the subject than the cranberry.

TIPS

* Frozen cranberries can be a great way to get your hands on this fruit. Try cooking them into your oatmeal or incorporating them into smoothies.

* If you’re not making your own fresh cranberry juice, look for juice that’s made 100 percent from cranberries—with no added sugars, preservatives, or other additives.

* If you don’t like the tart nature of cranberries, eat them with a handful of walnuts.

* If you really dislike cranberries, it doesn’t mean they can’t help you. Weekly, set out a bowl of cranberries in your house. Just having them out on the kitchen counter to look at will help you (and anyone else passing through) reap their emotional benefits as the berries’ properties enter into you metaphysically. And if you take a moment each day to touch the cranberries, running your fingers over them or resting a few in your palm, you’ll also receive the fruit’s physical benefits.

RAW CRANBERRY RELISH

When you think of cranberries, you may envision a gelatinous blob on the table at Thanksgiving dinner. This raw cranberry relish is anything but boring. The fresh cranberries are chopped with bits of apple, orange, and coconut sugar that offset the cranberries’ natural tartness. This simple side dish is a great accompaniment to any holiday meal, or is perfect on top of a salad any time.

  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 2 cups roughly diced apple
  • 1⁄2 cup orange sections

  • 1⁄4 teaspoon orange zest
  • 4 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 3 mint leaves

Pulse-blend all the ingredients in a food processor until roughly combined. Store in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Makes 2 to 4 servings

Foods That Heal The Thyroid

We have been told for decades by authorities that food has nothing to do with healing. In fact, only in the very recent past has modern medicine started to discuss foods as a way to prevent illness. In the last five to ten years conventional medical experts have started talking about the healing benefits of foods more than ever, as if this was wisdom they knew all along. It might seem like this would be a positive shift in the health field, but unfortunately this trend has resulted in some of the most healing foods, such as fruits, being unfairly attacked by the newest experts. Because of this trend, it’s critical that you err on the side of caution so you are not fooled by this recent development of trendy misinformation. It’s important to remember that it’s the doctors and experts in alternative health that have known for a very long time that foods heal the body and they were ridiculed for it. Still, both conventional and alternative health communities have yet to fully understand the power of foods that can actually reverse and heal diseases that have plagued people for decades.

The foods I discuss in this article are so powerful, and scientific research knows almost nothing about them. Science and research have not even scratched the surface of what is in foods and are years away from discovering what is in a wild blueberry, for example, or any other healing food. Funding simply does not get devoted to researching truly healing foods.

As I explain in depth in my book Thyroid Healing, the true cause of thyroid disease, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, Grave’s disease, and almost all other thyroid conditions and symptoms is the Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV). Medical science and research are not yet aware of this truth. EBV is not just a trigger for people who are already dealing with a chronic illness or even a thyroid condition as some health professionals believe. A trigger is not a true cause. That is a lazy mistake. The virus is the true cause. This is a subtle but serious critical difference in knowledge that’s essential to understand. You can read more about how and why EBV causes the symptoms and conditions that are attributed to the thyroid today and why this virus is not at all understood by medical communities in my book Thyroid Healing.

It is crucial to understand that EBV is the true cause of thyroid problems so you can begin including the foods that fight this virus and support the thyroid. Knowing the cause can change everything when it comes to healing. There are many people who call themselves autoimmune experts who suggest one diet or another these days. While it may be easy to follow these trendy diets, we must ask ourselves whether it is even possible for these medical experts to recommend which foods to avoid and which foods to include when they do not even know what causes thyroid disease and other thyroid conditions and symptoms in the first place. These experts tell us that thyroid conditions such as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is our immune system attacking our own body. This is reckless, outdated information that does not help someone heal. Furthermore, scientific research knows very little about what is in foods and what foods can do. These two things puts their credibility in question. We have to be the ones to become experts. It’s critical for our own health and the health of our loved ones.

Many of the foods I discuss here are controversial and may seem contradictory to other information you have heard elsewhere. This is again because most of the thyroid information that is available today is outdated and inaccurate. Keep in mind, the below foods are only a portion of the foods I list in Thyroid Healing.

Brassica/Cruciferous Family

The first food is actually a group of foods called cruciferous vegetables, which include kale, broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, broccoli raab, arugula, and cabbage. You may have heard that cruciferous vegetables, also known as brassicas, are harmful for anyone with a thyroid problem. This is an example of misinformation that becomes trendy and is shared widely despite it not being accurate. And it is even harmful because these foods are some of the most powerful healers for anyone with a thyroid condition or symptom. The mistaken theory suggests that the goitrogenic compounds contained in these foods are harmful to the thyroid. However, it is impossible to consume enough cruciferous vegetables for them to become dangerous for your thyroid. In truth, even if you eat a barrel full of cauliflower, you will still be safe. The reason is due to something currently undiscovered within these foods called anti-goitrogenic compounds. These same vegetables that contain the goitrogenic compounds contain equal amounts of compounds that cancel out the goitrogenic ones. Therefore, there should be no fear when consuming these delicious healing vegetables, whether raw or cooked.

Actually, if someone avoids them due to this misinformation, they are truly missing out on what these foods have to offer. There are phytochemical compounds in kale, brussels sprouts, and all these vegetables that do so much to heal your thyroid that you would be cheating yourself if you decided to avoid them “just to be safe.” The phytochemical compounds literally push the virus out of the thyroid and destroy it. Since it is a pathogen we are going after when trying to heal thyroid issues, it is critical to understand the healing properties the brassicas possess and incorporate them into your diet. Some broccoli and cauliflower are not going to hurt you; they will help you.

Artichokes

Look at an artichoke to visualize just how strong and protective this food is for the thyroid. You see the layered leaves on the outside, the tips of which are spiked and sharp. The leaves are thick and hearty on the outer layer and become thinner and denser as they reach the center of the vegetable. At the center lies the heart, which the entire leaf system is safeguarding and supporting. In the same way, the majestic artichoke can protect your thyroid, making it the most powerful food for thyroid healing. This is why an artichoke is on the cover of my book Thyroid Healing.

There are so many undiscovered compounds in artichokes that work for your thyroid, including subgroups of phytochemicals that shrink nodules, tumors, and cysts. There are undiscovered antioxidants and amino acids, which hopefully science will begin to see 30 years down the road. Artichokes also protect your thyroid from invaders, such as the pathogen you now know to be the true cause of thyroid disease.

When consuming artichokes, fresh is always best. If you purchase canned, bottled, or even frozen artichoke hearts, citric acid is often an additive, which can be harmful to your health in different ways and should be avoided. But the artichoke hearts will still help heal the thyroid, regardless of the citric acid. You can read more about why it’s important to avoid citric acid in my book Medical Medium If for some reason you are unable to get fresh artichokes, soak your canned, bottled, or frozen artichoke hearts overnight in water with a pinch of sea salt. The next day, rinse them well and almost all of the citric acid will be gone. If you steam your artichokes, you may also add a pinch of sea salt to this water, too.

Atlantic Sea Vegetables

Sea vegetables are another food group that tends to ruffle some feathers, typically due to the high iodine content. There is a commonly held belief that anyone with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis should avoid sea vegetables and iodine altogether. This is based on a current trend that’s focused on the idea that iodine creates inflammation of the thyroid. However, the people recommending to stay away from foods like dulse and kelp are the same people who do not know what causes thyroid disease in the first place. Therefore, would it even be possible to understand whether iodine is harmful or not? After reading Thyroid Healing, you will become the real expert on thyroid disease and other thyroid conditions and symptoms and will fully grasp that all thyroid problems are directly caused by a pathogen in our body, which helps us understand which foods to eat and which to avoid. Atlantic sea vegetables are not among the foods to avoid, and here is why.

Atlantic sea vegetables, especially dulse and kelp do, in truth, contain elevated amounts of iodine, but this is helpful. Iodine acts as an antiseptic for the thyroid. It is a disinfectant and cleans the thyroid out of any viruses, such as Epstein-Barr virus, the very pathogen we are targeting when wanting to heal from Hashimoto’s, Grave’s, or any of the other various thyroid issues that are so prominent today. Iodine deficiency today is very different to the kind we faced in the past. Years ago, we were deficient in iodine due to the new cultivation process of grains, which was stripping grains down so that they became a very different food than they were before. These days, many organic farmers are aware of iodine deficiencies in the soil, and so they cleverly use seaweed fertilizers to enrich the growing process with iodine. This, though, is not enough. We require more iodine than we ever did because of the vast amount of people struggling to fight viruses in their thyroid. This is why it’s so important to include sea vegetables in your diet. Dulse and kelp help you protect your thyroid if it’s under attack from EBV, which is very common for many people, and support healing in powerful ways. The iodine in sea vegetables also protects the thyroid from radiation and helps to prevent thyroid cancer and other cancers.

If you are afraid of the iodine in sea vegetables and are having a hard time letting go of the idea that they are bad for you, try just including a little bit of Atlantic dulse in your diet here and there. Just start off small. Sprinkle a teaspoon of dulse flakes on your salad once a week. Stir a strip of Atlantic kelp into your soup for dinner. Try to get small amounts of it in as you learn to trust that iodine is helpful, not harmful.

My recommendation is to opt for the sea vegetables from the east coast, from the Atlantic ocean. The Pacific ocean is too polluted for us to be regularly consuming vegetables from its waters. The dulse and kelp that come from Maine are the best ones to eat. These are powerful foods that can bring you so much healing.

Be sure not to confuse the iodine in sea vegetables with the bottles of topical iodine from the pharmacy. Topical iodine is not to be consumed orally.

Bananas

While bananas may seem like a common fruit, they actually contain powerful properties to help you heal from your thyroid disease, conditions, and symptoms. Bananas help restore neurotransmitters and support healing from neurological problems, which are among the symptoms related to thyroid problems. Neurotoxins from viruses like EBV can creep into your body and cause symptoms like brain fog, memory loss, fatigue, restless legs syndrome, insomnia, tremors, tingles and numbness, headaches, tinnitus, anxiety, depression, and many more. This fruit is an anti-inflammatory, anti-EBV food that can greatly help you in healing from and preventing thyroid conditions and symptoms. Bananas are also good for hypoglycemia because they balance blood sugar and protect adrenals. Additionally, they knock out streptococcus, which unknown to medical science and research is the bacteria responsible for SIBO, from the intestinal tract. Streptococcus is a cofactor for Epstein-Barr Virus.

There is a current trend that started approximately 11 years ago that warns people to not eat bananas. The common thought is that bananas have too much sugar, which often leads people to believe that the sugar in bananas is the same as the sugar in a donut. This could not be further from the truth. The sugar contained in bananas, and in all fruits, is glucose that our brain requires on a daily basis.

The panic about bananas is completely unfounded, especially because science has yet to even discover what is in a banana. Once medical research came across potassium, they stopped any further inquiry simply because there is no money is banana research. What is not talked about is that bananas are very rich in calcium because they require calcium-rich soil to grow. The calcium in bananas is very important for the central nervous system. Furthermore, we need calcium from fruits, leafy greens, and vegetables in the diet when there are nodules in the thyroid. Nodules deplete our systems of any calcium that we already have, making us deficient in this necessary nutrient. Bananas are excellent at preventing calcium deficiency.

Many people are accustomed to eating bananas when they are still fairly green. Others have been told to eat them when they’re completely green and hard as a rock by recent experts who fear fruit and don’t understand what they’re recommending. They try to back up their recommendations with biased studies that are anti-fruit, which puts people into fruit fear. This is another colossal, trendy blunder that’s slowing down the healing process in chronic illness. When bananas are in this state, they are unripe and can actually be quite difficult to digest and assimilate all the nutrients you are trying to acquire from the banana in the first place. Allow your bananas to ripen until there is no visible green, they are slightly soft to the touch, and there are even some brown spots. You also don’t want them too overripe. The best time to eat them is when they are lightly speckled with brown spots, but haven’t turned mostly brown. When fruits are ripe, they will become much sweeter because the sugar has matured and the nutrients will be their most bioavailable at this point. Their sugars will also most effectively hold and suspend the most important nutrients for reversing and preventing disease.

I encourage you to incorporate as many bananas as you want to in your diet because they are such an amazing gift to us for healing and nourishment. Even if you do not have a thyroid condition or symptom, bananas can be an amazing staple, especially because they are commonly affordable and available year round in most places in the world. Every time you go to the store, add a few bunches to your cart. Keep several bunches of bananas on your kitchen counter at all times. Freeze them when you have a lot of ripe ones so they are ready to throw into smoothies or to make banana ice cream. You can even eat four or five at a time and experience how satisfied they make you feel when they are properly ripened. If you eat them with a few stalks of celery, you will have an especially nourishing, balancing, and restorative meal or snack.

Cucumbers

Cucumbers are another important food to include because they strengthen the adrenals and the kidneys while flushing toxins created by viruses from the bloodstream. Cucumbers also hydrate the lymphatic system. Our lymphatic system can be found at various places around our body, but some of the most important lymph nodes are the ones that surround the thyroid in the neck. We want to protect this part of our lymphatic system because of its close proximity to the thyroid.

People who are too sick to exercise will benefit greatly from increasing their consumption of cucumbers. This healing food will support your lymphatic system in lieu of the exercise you are not quite ready for.

Garlic

Garlic is an incredible food for thyroid healing because it essentially acts like an anti-viral bomb that can do wonders for eliminating EBV from your system. It also kills off streptoccocus, which, as I mentioned above, is a cofactor of EBV. Strep is connected to UTIs, sinus infections, SIBO, acne, and many more symptoms. Garlic has a fantastic way of getting deep into the throat to fight off bugs in the lymph system and thyroid.

Some people stay away from garlic because they either believe it is unhealthy, or they simply cannot handle the strength of the flavor. Garlic is not an unhealthy food. It is very good for you because of its antiviral compounds. If it is the flavor that is keeping you away from garlic, try to eat scallions and onions instead because they contain similar properties.

I want to inspire you to include both raw and cooked garlic into your meals and to get creative with it! There is no need to burn your throat by eating too much, but try to get garlic in any way you can. Make guacamole with a couple cloves of raw garlic mixed in. Instead of adding one clove of garlic to your vegetable soup, add four. Mince or press a clove of garlic for your savory salad or add it it your salad dressing. You can even rub a piece of raw garlic on a baked sweet potato. Also, I recommend investing in a simple, inexpensive garlic press. This will make it much easier to consume garlic regularly because sometimes mincing garlic with a knife can be a bit tedious.

Celery

Celery is one of the most amazing foods given to us to heal from thyroid issues because of its long list of healing properties, most of which are unknown to science and research. Celery strengthens hydrochloric acid in the intestinal tract, helps the liver produce bile to break down food, and stabilizes the adrenals. Celery provides special undiscovered subgroups of mineral salts that attack the virus that causes Hashimoto’s. Celery also contains powerful electrolytes for the nervous system and boosts T3, a hormone in the thyroid. Find out more of the unknown healing properties of celery in Thyroid Healing. If celery doesn’t taste good to you, try chopping it up very small and adding it to your salad. Add a stick or two to your next smoothie. Juice it and drink it alone, or juice it with some cucumber, an apple, or pineapple if you need help with the flavor. This is another important food to include and find creative ways of getting into your meals.

Asparagus

At the moment, scientific research does not know much about what is contained inside an asparagus, but they are beginning to tap into some new chemical compounds. What research does not know is that asparagus supports the thyroid and is one of its most enthusiastic and powerful advocates. Think of asparagus as your friend or family member that consistently has your back and is your constant support. There are phytochemicals in the skin and in the tips of asparagus that push back invaders, whether those invaders are chemical or viral. Asparagus also has an alkaloid that acts as a gentle aspirin throughout the body, calming down the body and lowering inflammation. As opposed to over-the-counter aspirin, this quality in asparagus does not thin the blood or create havoc in the stomach. There are so many ways to consume asparagus. To start, you can try juicing it raw, adding it to raw to salads, or eating it lightly steamed.

Radishes

Radishes are one of those vegetables that, because they have a bite to them, are often neglected. However, they are wonderful to include if you want to heal your thyroid. Radishes are an antiviral food due to their high and unique sulfur content. The sulfur contained in radishes is unlike that of any other vegetable because it specifically kills pathogens throughout the body. This is one of the ultimate foods for Hashimoto’s or any kind of thyroid problem because of its unique ability to kill off EBV, which is exactly what you want to do throughout your healing process. The sulfur compound acts like a smoke screen, saturating the thyroid and removing pathogens. Another quality of radishes is that they can prevent and stop thyroid atrophy. When the thyroid is infected, it can often atrophy due to its lack of use, which gives you just one more reason to include radishes on top of salads and to eat as snacks. While the variety of radish most people are familiar with is quite spicy, there are so many other varieties to try that are either milder or even spicier. Watermelon radishes and grapes radishes are beautiful choices to be found at local farmers markets and health food stores and are more mild. There are even black radishes that have a strong but delicious bite. These varieties will change everything you know about radishes and are fun to add to dishes and try with your family.

Potatoes

Potatoes are another controversial food because they have been mistakenly labeled as a white food. Even though potatoes are white on the inside, they are not a white food. Radishes, bananas, jicama, and cultivated blueberries are all white on the inside with a different color skin, and yet they are not considered white foods. Potatoes have gold skin, red skin, brown skin, and even purple skin. There are so many varieties of potatoes available to us that are healthful to include in our diet, especially if we want to fight the virus that causes thyroid problems. Potatoes, contrary to popular belief, are not devoid of nutrition. Rather, they are full of it! They have very high amounts of L lysine and tyrosine. The humble potato is one of the ultimate EBV killers and is wonderful to include in your diet despite it being under attack by many diet trends today. These diets and the experts behind them don’t understand thyroid illness or any other chronic illness. By shunning the potato because it goes against their own personal food beliefs they are taking away an opportunity to receive the healing benefits from a fantastic food you may need for no reason.

Tomatoes

Tomatoes are amazing for the thyroid because they contain their very own variety of vitamin C. Researchers are currently unaware that there are multiple types of vitamin C in fruit. This vitamin C in tomato is created through the moonlight frequency that is absorbed when the tomato is growing outdoors. This special vitamin C supports the thyroid like no other kind by keeping it balanced. Tomato has always been scrutinized because it’s classed as a nightshade. The new trend of the day suggests we should remove seeds from the tomato, which isn’t helpful. This trend stems once again from well-meaning experts who don’t know what causes thyroid and chronic illnesses in the first place. They are offering food advice based on outdated studies that have a “thumb on the scale” that have influenced their outcomes, which in turn can hinder healing.

Barley Grass Juice Extract Powder

This powerful supplement pulls out mercury and heavy metals, which feed the virus you are trying to get rid of when healing from thyroid conditions and symptoms. Barley grass juice extract powder also has alkaloids that feed the thyroid, which in turn prevents the thyroid from atrophying.

This is just a fraction of the foods and supplements and their healing benefits listed in Thyroid Healing. You can discover more about how to heal from thyroid problems and over a hundred different conditions and symptoms and which foods are the most important for healing in Thyroid Healing

By including these foods and supplements into your diet on a regular basis, you will be giving your thyroid the best possible opportunity for true healing. Try to have fun with the different foods and find new ways to incorporate these healing, powerful fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, herbs, and supplements into your daily life. When you feed yourself with the foods that fight EBV and support thyroid health and other chronic illnesses, you are giving your body the best support you can and healing can happen.

Thyroid Healing

Are you or anyone you know suffering with a condition like Hashimoto's thyroiditis, Graves disease, hyper or hypothyroidism, or hyper or hypoparathyroidism, fibromyalgia, restless legs syndrome, PCOS, endometriosis, or perhaps you’ve had or currently have thyroid cancer? Or perhaps you or a loved one struggle with a symptom like hair loss, insomnia, heart palpitations, brain fog, vertigo, fatigue, depression, dry skin, anxiety, weight gain, weight loss, weak nails, nerve pain, aches and pains, concentration and memory loss, chills, cold hands and feet, puffy eyes, puffy face, constipation, insatiable hunger. or other unexplained symptoms or illnesses? If so, you may have been told that it’s because of your thyroid or hormones. The truth is that none of these health problems are actually caused by your thyroid or even your hormones. There is much more to understand than what medical science and research currently knows. Plus, both medical and alternative health communities do not yet know exactly what’s behind these conditions. Unfortunately, chronic illness is growing at an alarming rate with no signs of slowing down.

Even if you don't have any of these symptoms or conditions right now, it's important to learn the tools you can use to protect yourself and your family so you can help prevent getting sick in the future. There are answers, and it's my job to do whatever I can to get never before heard knowledge into your hands so you and your loved ones can regain your freedom and the lives you're here to live. You are not meant to be in the dark with no answers for why you feel the way you do. You didn't create this and you don't deserve it. In my book Thyroid Healing, I reveal the true causes of more than a hundred symptoms and conditions plaguing so many people today and how you can heal.

If you’re an avid reader of health books and articles and you think you’re aware of the latest thyroid health information, you’re going to be more than surprised—maybe even shocked—at how much more there is to know. Thyroid Healing is like nothing you have read or heard, and it will bring you true comprehension of the undiscovered inner mechanics of our thyroids for the first time ever. Today I will explain a few of the core truths about thyroid health.

The True Cause of Thyroid Issues

The true reason so many people are plagued with thyroid problems is something I have been talking about for decades: Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV). Medical communities and alternative health experts are unaware that EBV, which I call the “thyroid virus”, is behind 95% of thyroid problems. It’s not just a trigger for people who are already dealing with a chronic illness or even a thyroid condition as some believe. A trigger is not a true cause. Medical communities and experts believe that a virus can trigger your body’s immune system to attack healthy cells in your thyroid or body, much like mold does. This is a lazy mistake and one of the greatest medical blunders of all time that will hinder the health and lives of generations to come. It stops progress in medicine and keeps chronic illness around for decades to come. The virus is the true cause. This is a subtle but serious critical difference in knowledge that’s essential to understand so that the opportunity to heal is always there for you and the ones you care about.

Mono, which is the only understanding of EBV that medical communities have, is only Stage Two of this virus. In truth, the virus has four stages, the third of which targets the thyroid gland. When EBV invades the cells it creates inflammation. It’s not the antibodies created by your immune system that are causing the problem. The autoantibodies present are created by your immune system to fight off EBV and never your own cells, glands, organs, or thyroid in the case of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Your body is using its infinite wisdom and resources to protect and heal you, not attack you as the autoimmune disease theory suggests. This mistaken theory comes from a very old agenda that has been bought and paid for long ago in the 1950s and grandfathered in to modern medicine. As a result, we now tragically have well-meaning autoimmune experts guiding and teaching people with incorrect information that can hinder healing.

The truth is that your body is on your side. Your body is always working for you. Your body wants to heal. Knowing this truth is so powerful that it can ignite healing all on its own. Your immune system fires up and goes after the virus when you really know what’s behind your health problems. One day, medical science will take into account that by the time a pathogen invader has started to cause chronic illness in a patient, it has usually burrowed so deep into that person’s organs or glands that the pathogen doesn’t normally or easily show up on traditional blood tests because the pathogen is no longer in the bloodstream—so it appears to be a bodily malfunction. What has really happened is that the virus has moved into a later stage of infection deeper inside the body where it’s undetectable by current testing methods. But an antibody can sometimes be found in the blood and this discovery decades ago prompted the misguided autoimmune theory mistake instead of finding the virus and knowing its path and course. This early mistake in medicine blamed your body as being the problem and that is still sadly and mistakenly being carried on to even today’s alternative medicine, even by our best renowned experts.

Radiation is the other cause of thyroid problems, but only a small percentage of people experience enough radiation for it to do any true damage, which is why it accounts for only around five percent of cases. Radiation can come from dental x-rays, plane travel, cat scans, and other forms of radiation that we can be exposed to every day.

What Does the Thyroid do?

Medical and alternative health communities are not yet aware of what the thyroid truly does and how it functions. The current understanding they have of this gland is severely limited. They believe that the thyroid exists purely to manage metabolism and control hormones in the body. They also believe that the thyroid is mainly responsible for producing just two hormones—thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3), and managing two thyroid related hormones—thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) and thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH). While these hormones play a part in the thyroid’s function, there is so much more to know about this miraculous gland, which I share in detail in my new book Thyroid Healing

Medical research and science only theorize about the impact of T4 and T3 on health. The functions of these hormones can’t be weighed or measured in any lab or study yet. T4 and T3’s physical purpose is still a medical mystery. One of the chemical functions of the T3 and T4 hormones is to help balance the immune system, which is why EBV likes to go after them on its path to hurt the thyroid. Once these hormones diminish, there are relatively small symptoms, such as temperature fluctuations. Abnormal T3 and T4 hormone levels are not to blame for the myriad of thyroid symptoms they are believed to be today, from aches and pains all the way to brain fog. Of course, we want T3 and T4 at adequate levels and normalized because we want our immune system to be working at its maximum level, but there are undiscovered hormones that we need to pay more attention to.

Your thyroid’s true function and purpose is actually much more interesting than the modern medical understanding of it. Truth is, your thyroid is your body’s data center. It is your second brain. It catalogues the balances of the body, which is like receiving complaints from the various organs and systems. Then it regulates the two undiscovered frequency hormones—I call them R5 and R6—which are yet to be discovered by scientific research. These are extremely powerful hormones that are involved with sending out the thyroid’s radio-like frequencies that promote homeostasis throughout the body. These undiscovered hormones play a much larger role in thyroid disease and symptoms associated with Epstein-Barr Virus. When EBV is cleared out of your system, your hormones will stabilize, and these symptoms will fade. You can discover more of the unknown truth about these hormones in Thyroid Healing.

Liver Absorption

A problem many people with thyroid disease unknowingly have is a sluggish liver. This can often result in part from taking thyroid medication long term. It can also be because of EBV’s toxins in the liver, along with other toxins like pesticides, solvents, and heavy metals. A sluggish or stagnant liver can also result from a diet too high in fat or processed foods. In the case of medication, the liver absorbs it and becomes overburdened. In fact, the liver absorbs so much of the medication that people often need to return to their doctor several times to continue to increase the dosage. I created month to month cleanse that’s included in Thyroid Healing for exactly this purpose: to clear out the liver and strengthen it again.

Hyperthyroidism

It is said that everyone with hyperthyroidism cannot gain weight, but this is not true. Many people with hyperthyroidism do have unwanted pounds or gain weight eventually. This is because there are two varieties of EBV that could be in the thyroid at the same time. The liver gets really sluggish from EBV’s byproduct, neurotoxins, dermatoxins, and other poisons, which can result in weight gain, while another strain of EBV in the thyroid is causing hyperthyroidism. This is why symptoms may not match what you’d expect from what your doctor or health practitioner has told you. Insatiable hunger often associated with hyperthyroidism is actually caused by a liver glucose deficiency caused by EBV inside the liver. You can read more on hyperthyroidism in Thyroid Healing.

Triggers

It’s critical to remember that a trigger is not the cause of a thyroid condition such as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, hypothyroidism, or any other thyroid or so-called autoimmune conditions. Believing a trigger is the cause is a great mistake. I talk about the great mistakes in medicine that are affecting people's ability to heal in Thyroid Healing. The cause is EBV. Triggers can simply strengthen EBV and lower the immune system so that symptoms worsen or new symptoms show for the first time. Some of the these triggers include exposure to mold, toxic heavy metals like mercury, pesticides, and insecticides. They can also include a death in the family, a broken heart or betrayal, taking care of sick loved ones, carpet cleaning, fresh paint, insomnia, and more. I include a full list of triggers in Thyroid Healing. These triggers lower the immune system and allow EBV to make its way throughout the body. Of course, many of these triggers are difficult to avoid. So the priority lies in ensuring your immune system can handle it when you are exposed to one, for example, a relationship break up.

Food

There are many foods that support healing of thyroid problems. First, I want to debunk another myth surrounding the thyroid. Many people are told that if they have a thyroid problem, they should avoid cruciferous vegetables because of the goitrogenic compounds. The cruciferous family, also known as the brassica family, are sulfur-rich vegetables such as kale, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, and brussels sprouts. This is an incorrect theory which has become a popular belief today. If medical and health professionals do not actually know what is the cause of thyroid disease, how will they be able to tell you which foods to eat and which foods to avoid?

Here is the truth regarding goitrogenic compounds. You literally cannot get enough of them in your diet in order to harm the thyroid. In fact, there are undiscovered anti-goitrogenic compounds within the same foods that cancel out the goitrogenic compounds. The brassica family of vegetables is actually very healthful and good for your thyroid, especially when you are focused on healing a thyroid problem. The phytochemical compounds within these foods help eliminate EBV. These phytochemical compounds actually have ghost-like qualities, which allow them to move through organs and glands to harm pathogens.

Foods that should be eliminated or reduced in your diet are anything that feed EBV. Medical science and research are still unaware of this truth that viruses feed off of foods and toxins to proliferate. For example, eggs are the number one food that gives fuel to viruses, specifically Epstein-Barr Virus. I go into greater detail about what foods to avoid and what foods to include in Thyroid Healing. I also have a whole section full of recipes that will aid in supporting and healing the thyroid and eliminating EBV.

Something else to keep in mind is that when an expert gets you off foods like gluten and your symptoms start to reduce, they do not understand why your symptoms are going away. It is not because gluten was harming your thyroid. It is because gluten was feeding the Epstein-Barr virus. The symptoms you are or were experiencing are Epstein-Barr symptoms, not problematic thyroid symptoms. If you get rid of foods that feed EBV in the thyroid, liver, and other parts of the body, your symptoms are going to improve.

Supplements

When taking supplements to heal from thyroid disease, it is important to look at a combination of supplements that support the thyroid and those that eliminate EBV. I share the best supplements with you in Thyroid Healing. Here are just a few of the supplements that are included in the book.

Vitamin C as Micro-C is important to include because it works to remove EBV from the liver.

Zinc is one of the most important minerals to include because many people are zinc-deficient, which lowers the immune system for one, and it will help knock down EBV.

Cat’s Claw, a supplement that is finally more available in the world today, is another important one to take to knock down viruses such as EBV.

It can also be very important to consume the Disclaimer
