When a low-grade viral load of EBV releases neurotoxins that contain large amounts of mercury, it creates a strained and sensitive central nervous system. Those mercury-filled neurotoxins short-circuit neurotransmitters and block electrical impulses, which sends mixed messages throughout the brain. The result is a sensation of nervousness. Even if someone doesn’t feel emotionally nervous, the body gets the message to go into an anxious response, and this prompts the production of extra sweat.
