Ketchup
This ketchup is perfect for Baked Potato Fries, Carrot Dogs, or any other way you enjoy ketchup. It’s vinegar-free and you can also make it salt-free.
Tomatoes contain their own variety of vitamin C that’s bioavailable to the lymphatic system and liver. They support the immune system to keep it strong against pathogens, and prohibits pathogens from traveling through the body with ease.
Ketchup
Ingredients:
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 1/3 cup apple juice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp raw honey
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- Pinch of cayenne pepper or chili flakes (optional)
- Sea salt to taste (optional)
Directions:
Blend or whisk the ketchup ingredients together until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
