I get asked every day about what I eat and what I do to take care of myself and maintain my energy while I work such long days. My work days are 15 to 22 hours, seven days a week, writing the Medical Medium book series and getting healing information out to you in as many ways as possible so that you and your loved ones can heal. I don’t have time for a lot of self-care, but what I am able to do is take specific supplements and feed my body foods that support health and energy. My food and supplement routine changes regularly based on my current needs, work schedule, any recent exposures I may have had, travel, and so on. In answer to the questions I receive daily on this topic, I will be sharing some of my favorite foods and supplements I am including in my day right now. I will be sharing a special spiritual envisioning technique from SOC that I use for my immune system every night that I haven’t shared publicly before.
