These Plum Popsicles are naturally rich in flavor and are the perfect soothing treat when you’re feeling frazzled or want to wind down—or want your kids to wind down! The magnesium in plums serves to soothe and calm the body, making these Plum Popsicles a great option for children after high activity, or for adults during a long day.
If making homemade plum juice, juice the plums in a masticating juicer or blend until smooth, adding a bit of water if necessary.
Pour the juice into popsicle molds.
Cover with the lid and/or insert a popsicle stick in each pop. Freeze the pops until solid.
