Enjoy the lusciousness of peaches in this wonderfully creamy Peach Pie Milkshake. This is a milkshake that will leave you feeling light and energized while still being full of flavor. It’s dairy-free and can be made fat-free for optimal benefits, which means you and your family can enjoy it as often as you’d like, and it will be deeply supportive of your healing, unlike regular milkshakes. Feel free to use yellow or white peaches or nectarines in this recipe.
The skin of peaches and nectarines has a property that’s sticky to toxins and poisons inside the intestinal tract. These skins cling to deep-seated pockets of debris; old, putrefied food; and mucus inside the small intestine and colon, driving them out to make room for friendly bacteria and microorganisms and allow for better nutrient absorption.
Peach Pie Milkshake
Ingredients:
Directions:
Add the chopped peaches or nectarines, frozen bananas, and your choice of liquid to a blender. You can adjust the amount of liquid to your preferred thickness, starting with 1 ½ cups and adding more if needed.
Next, add the cinnamon, vanilla, and maple syrup or raw honey (if using), depending on how sweet you’d like your milkshake. For an extra cold, frosty texture, throw in ½ cup of ice cubes.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Taste the milkshake and add more sweetener if desired.
Pour the milkshake into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!
