Directions:
Add the passionfruit pulp, raw honey or maple syrup, lime juice, and purple grape or pomegranate juice (if using) to a tall glass. Stir until evenly mixed.
Crush the mint leaves in your hands and add to the glass. Add ice and water, and stir until evenly mixed. Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
