Melon With Spirulina Dipping Sauce

Melon With Spirulina Dipping Sauce

Melon and spirulina might seem like a surprising combination, but they are a match made in heaven for the health benefits they offer. An amazing blend of critical glucose, trace minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants, these special foods can deeply support you in the ways your body needs. You can simply cut open your favorite variety of melon and sprinkle spirulina on top for the quickest option, or you can enjoy your melon cut up with this tasty spirulina dipping sauce, which only takes a minute to make. Spirulina is one of my favorite immune system supports, alongside its powerful phytochemical and antioxidant content.

Melon With Spirulina Dipping Sauce

Dipping sauce:

  • ½ tsp spirulina
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut water
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Arrange the diced melon on a plate or platter and set aside. Whisk all the ingredients for the dipping sauce together in a small bowl. Serve immediately with diced melon.
