Ripe honeydew melon is delicious and refreshing when blended and so easy to digest and assimilate. You can add a little raw honey if your melon isn’t sweet enough on its own. Freshly squeezed lime juice is also an optional addition.
The honeydew melon is a true health-restorative tool, especially for people who are sensitive. If someone is struggling with neurological symptoms or conditions, honeydew melon will be helpful for their recovery. Not every melon is built so specially for the central nervous system and problems with nerves throughout the body. With honeydew, the vagus nerves especially receive healing nutrients that help highly sensitive nerves start to recover and heal. Anyone with vagus problems, even if they don’t know their symptoms are caused by their vagus nerves, can benefit greatly with honeydew melon.
