Greek Salad

This colorful salad is a sensory delight for the eyes and taste buds. It’s beautiful, delicious, and aromatic. Enjoy it with the olives and avocado for a more filling option, or enjoy it without them for a fat-free meal that’s also satisfying.

Tomatoes harness critical micronutrients, phytochemicals, vitamins, and minerals to support all organs of the body.

Cucumbers’ traces of the amino acids glycine and glutamine, combined with their extreme and highly active content of enzymes and coenzymes, plus their abundance of more than 50 trace minerals, make them an excellent delivery system for neurotransmitter chemicals. This is great news if you’re dealing with anxiety or other neurological conditions.

This recipe comes from Brain Saver Protocols, Cleanses & Recipes, the companion book to Medical Medium Brain Saver. These two essential books about our most complex organ—the brain—dive deep into why people all over the world are suffering with mental health and brain-related symptoms and conditions. Brain Saver unveils the why behind more than 100 brain- and nervous system–related symptoms, diseases, and disorders; Brain Saver Protocols, Cleanses & Recipes reveals the truth about how to heal in even more detail (including cleanses, recipes, supplement protocols, and so much more).
