Energy Shifter

Use this shot when energetic strength is required. For example, you can try it:

  • ¼ cup chopped carrots
  • ½ cup chopped raw sweet potatoes
  • ½ cup chopped red bell pepper
  • ½ cup fresh or thawed frozen pineapple


Run each ingredient through a juicer in the order listed from top to bottom. 

Pour into a glass and serve.

Makes 1-2 shots


  • Drink this shot 15 to 30 minutes apart from any other food or drink.
