Combine the cauliflower, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro leaves, jalapeño, lime juice, raw honey, and Atlantic dulse flakes in a large bowl. Stir until evenly mixed; then cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Serve with romaine leaves.
