This shake can be made fat-free with water or coconut water, or choose almond, oat, or coconut milk for an even creamier version.

Directions:
To make the date sauce, combine the dates, water, and vanilla in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Set aside.
Combine the bananas, liquid, chaga powder, and dates in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Swirl a few tablespoons of date sauce around a serving glass and pour the shake on top. Garnish with dried mulberries (if using) and serve immediately.
