This special recipe helps remove various toxic chemicals from the brain that cloud the mind.
Apples starve out bacteria, yeast, mold, other funguses, and viruses.
Dandelion greens are one of the most beneficial liver-cleansing foods.
Kale’s anti-inflammatory compounds help destroy pathogens.
Spinach creates an alkaline environment in the body and provides highly absorbable micronutrients to the nervous system. Contains trace mineral salts that provide critically needed electrolytes to the brain.
This recipe comes from Brain Saver Protocols, Cleanses & Recipes, the companion book to Medical Medium Brain Saver. These two essential books about our most complex organ—the brain—dive deep into why people all over the world are suffering with mental health and brain-related symptoms and conditions. Brain Saver unveils the why behind more than 100 brain- and nervous system–related symptoms, diseases, and disorders; Brain Saver Protocols, Cleanses & Recipes reveals the truth about how to heal in even more detail (including cleanses, recipes, supplement protocols, and so much more).

Run all the ingredients through the juicer of your choice. Serve immediately.
A cold press, masticating juicer will be more effective at juicing and extracting all the nutrients from leafy greens such as spinach and dandelion than a centrifugal juicer; however, any juicer can be used. If you are using a centrifugal juicer, you may have better success wrapping your leafy greens around pieces of apple or firmer ingredients instead of dropping a whole handful of the leafy greens into the juicer chute separately.
