Put a tropical spin on your regular pancakes with the addition of banana. The fragrance and flavor of these delicious pancakes makes them especially irresistible. You’ll also be infusing your pancakes with critical glucose, nutrients, and healing properties from the banana.
The fructose in banana is the liver’s favorite source of food. It provides quick fuel to the liver and wakes up sleepy cells, increasing their ingenuity and work output. Soothes the linings of the intestinal tract and also soothes the nerves attached to the intestinal tract. Contrary to popular belief, bananas are one of the most antibacterial, anti-yeast, antifungal foods.
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Add more almond milk if needed to get a thick but pourable consistency.
Preheat a large non-stick ceramic frying pan over medium-low heat. Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter and cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for a further 30 seconds.
Serve immediately, topped with fresh banana and a drizzle of raw honey or maple syrup.
