Making fun homemade popsicles for children can be as easy as picking one delicious fruit to juice (or buy) and pouring into popsicle molds to freeze! Apricots have a delicious sweet flavor that is heavenly when they are properly ripe. It’s a bonus that apricots are immune system rebuilders that also strengthen the blood!
If making homemade apricot juice, juice the apricots in a masticating juicer or blend until smooth, adding a bit of water if necessary.
Pour the juice into popsicle molds.
Cover with the lid and/or insert a popsicle stick in each pop. Freeze the pops until solid.
Makes about 8 popsicles
