“Celery juice is one of the most profound ways, if not the most profound way, to restore digestive health. It is that powerful.” - Anthony William, Medical Medium: Secrets Behind Chronic & Mystery Illness and How to Finally Heal
If you or a loved one has any chronic illness or symptom, such as acne, eczema, acid reflux, bloating, weight gain, thyroid problems, diabetes, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, addictions, eating disorders, fibroids, cysts, menstrual pain, migraines, autoimmune conditions, Raynaud’s syndrome, Parkinson’s, endometriosis, hair thinning and loss, or any autoimmune condition, drinking 16 ounces of pure celery juice on an empty stomach daily can provide you with dozens of benefits that can improve your health.
This special healing practice, originated by #1 New York Times bestselling author Anthony William, has organically exploded into a global movement simply because it works––people are healing. There’s very specific reasons why people are seeing their health improve from drinking celery juice, and it’s not just because it is high in water and contains a lot of nutrients. Anthony William shares some of the reasons it's helping so many in this new video.
There’s special undiscovered healing properties inside celery juice that medical research and science are not yet aware of. Some of these healing properties include celery juice’s undiscovered sodium cluster salts, which kill off pathogens that cause illness; its undiscovered cofactor micro trace minerals, which rejuvenate stomach gland tissue; and its complete electrolytes, which recharges your neurons. Celery juice is one of the most powerful healing tools I’ve been able to bring to the world. Spreading the word about the juice from this miraculous herb is turning lives around across the globe. Celery contains undiscovered chemical compounds and properties that are improving and helping to reverse chronic illness like never before. You can read Medical Medium Celery Juice: The Most Powerful Medicine of Our Time Healing Millions Worldwide for full details on the many different healing benefits of celery juice, plus how to use it and how it works inside your body.
Many people have benefited from this potent medicinal extraction, but unfortunately there’s also some confusion, misinformation, rumors and myths that could cause some people to lose heart about celery juice and dismiss its worth.
I know there’s a lot of disillusionment about health claims because many people have suffered for years trying one thing after another, searching for something that will give them their lives back. Understandably, many people no longer know what to trust. But celery juice is different to other health trends and theories.
For one, when you buy celery at your local grocery store, or even grow your own, no industries with agendas that aren’t in your best interests or investors profit. Most other health trends are backed by investors and money. There’s an agenda behind making them popular: to make investors money. Celery juice doesn’t help anyone except you and the various farmers who grow celery (who make very little off celery anyway) and the supermarkets and grocery stores that stock it for you. Celery juice is so simple and pure and effective, it threatens to expose other health claims—backed by a lot of power, money and propaganda––that really are just trends.
I can assure you that celery juice is not a trend. It’s a godsend with staying power. More people than ever before in history are dealing with chronic conditions and mysterious symptoms. And with celery juice they are healing and getting better. Celery juice, when consumed in the way I recommend, actually works, and that’s the reason the global celery juice movement is organically growing so rapidly. People are witnessing the healing power of celery juice for themselves and sharing about it, but it’s still important to dispel the misinformation and know the truth about celery juice so that you and your loved ones are not waylaid by the rumors and myths out there and robbed of your right to use celery juice as a healing tool.
Let’s take a look at some of the rumors and myths circulating:
1. You can add other foods, powders or ingredients into the juice.
Celery juice is a powerful elixir that is most potent in a pure, untampered state. Adding things in to celery juice, such as apple cider vinegar or collagen, will ruin the medicinal properties of the celery juice. Additions will damage the purity of this tonic, which is where it power lies, and break apart the undiscovered sodium cluster salts in celery juice that heal your body and kill off the pathogens––viruses and bacteria––that are responsible for countless chronic illnesses and symptoms. To understand how these pathogens cause illness, you can read the true causes of almost 200 symptoms and conditions in Medical Medium Celery Juice. Some industries are trying to take advantage of the celery juice movement to promote their products, and that has led to this misinformation about adding ingredients.
It’s not just products like apple cider vinegar and collagen that shouldn’t be added to celery juice. It’s also lemon juice, carrots, cucumbers, apples, and other fruit, leafy greens or vegetables that shouldn’t be added to your plain celery juice. While fruits, leafy greens and vegetables are incredible healing foods, enjoy them in a separate juice at another time of day, and of course also as snacks, smoothies, fruit bowls, salads, steamed veggies and the like over your day. Keep your celery juice plain.
As your body heals and detoxifies from the celery juice and any other changes you make to your diet based on the Medical Medium book series information, such as those in Medical Medium Liver Rescue: Answers to Eczema, Psoriasis, Diabetes, Strep, Acne, Gout, Bloating, Gallstones, Adrenal Stress, Fatigue, Fatty Liver, Weight Issues, SIBO & Autoimmune Disease, your taste buds will adjust and you may find the flavor becomes more enjoyable for you.
2. There’s no science behind the celery juice movement.
Naysayers like to tear down celery juice by saying that there’s no science behind it. First of all, there’s no science and research behind it because there aren’t huge industries that stand to make money off the celery juice movement. There are many health trends that aren’t backed by science and research—such as collagen, bone broth and kombucha tea—but nobody’s tearing these down for their lack of scientific validation. Celery juice is being attacked because it poses a threat to other industries since nobody can “own” it. The more people drink celery juice, the more they can heal, which equates to less need to buy these other products. That ultimately means less money for those industries. Celery juice is about individuals empowering themselves and healing themselves with what really works and is in their best interests––not the financial interests of investors behind a product such as collagen.
Regardless of whether science has shown celery juice to be beneficial, celery juice is helping people who are suffering heal. And more people than ever are dealing with chronic illness right now, so we need simple, powerful tools like celery juice to address the root cause of these illnesses. For more details on what’s causing the diseases, conditions and symptoms of today, and exactly why celery juice helps them heal, check out Medical Medium Celery Juice.
3. Use celery tablets and celery powder.
You will see celery powder, celery juice powder and celery tablets become increasingly popular as more industries try to capitalize on the celery juice movement. It’s important to know that these products can’t replace fresh celery juice. The medicinal cluster salts in celery juice are suspended in a living solution and cannot stay alive outside freshly juiced celery. The potent enzymes in celery juice will also be ruined in the process of creating a tablet or powder.
4. Coumarins in celery may be toxic to the body.
This is false. In fact, research and science believe that coumarins in other foods may help stimulate the white blood cells that defend against cancer. But researchers have never examined coumarins in celery and celery juice. In celery juice, the coumarins do even more for the body—they are truly powerful. They work so well because of a symbiotic composition that reconstructs, replenishes, rejuvenates and restores the entire white blood cell count (not just the cells that fight cancer), including neutrophils, basophiles, modocites, killer cells and different varieties of lymphocytes. The coumarins also help the liver. And, they protect your skin from toxins and repair and restore damaged skin cells in the dermis. They also help prevent skin disease, skin cancer and scarring. I share exactly what the coumarins in celery juice can do for you in Medical Medium Celery Juice.
5. Celery juice is a diuretic.
No, celery juice is not a diuretic. Celery juice has a very mild diuretic effect (that’s especially minor compared to the diuretic effects of green tea, black tea, coffee or alcohol). Anything that has a high mineral content will encourage your system to flush because trace minerals bind onto toxins, and then your body flushes it out. Celery juice has an extremely high mineral content but its mild diuretic effect is gentle, safe and necessary for eliminating poisons and detoxifying your body. Also, every single fruit, leafy green and vegetable on the planet also has a mild diuretic effect because they all contain minerals and are designed to help detoxify the body. So if you eat any plant at all (unless it’s fried, for example), you’re already experiencing and receiving these mild diuretic benefits.
6. Your elimination will be colorful.
I recently saw something about celery juice turning your stool red. Not true. If you have red stools, you need to check what you’re eating (beets for instance can make your stool red) or talk with your doctor. Celery juice won’t turn your stool red, or purple, or yellow. However, in some cases, if you drink a lot, it may turn your stool slightly green.
7. There’s no fiber so there’s no benefit.
Some people criticize celery juice because the fiber is removed and they think that’s where all the nutrition is. That’s false. With celery, the juice is where the nutrition lies. Celery is like many other herbs in that you extract the medicinal elements from the plant. Nobody has a cup of chamomile tea (which has many known benefits like relaxing the body and nerves) and then opens up the tea bag to eat the contents afterward so they can get their fiber and nutrition fix. Just like you don’t get your fiber from chamomile tea, you don’t get your fiber from celery juice. That doesn’t take away from celery juice being a nutritional powerhouse. You get your fiber from other fruits, leafy greens and vegetables you eat over the day.
8. There’s sugar in the celery juice.
This is a rumor I heard recently, but it’s completely false. Celery juice is a very low calorie and low carbohydrate drink, which means it has almost no sugar in it.
9. Celery juice has nitrates and nitrites.
This is another myth. As I share in Medical Medium Celery Juice, “Celery and celery juice can’t contain any nitrates that are activated or harmful unless the celery has oxidized or been dehydrated. The naturally occurring nitrates in celery don’t exist when the celery or fresh celery juice hasn’t yet oxidized.
When fresh celery juice or celery does oxidize, just as when any herb, vegetable, or fruit oxidizes, then a naturally occurring nitrate can develop. Keep in mind: this naturally occurring nitrate is never harmful in any way, shape, or form and can even be helpful.
Celery juice powder and celery powder have oxidized, so they can contain naturally occurring nitrates that developed through the oxidation process. They’re not harmful nitrates, though. These nitrates are not the same variety of nitrates that are considered to be irritating to some people.
It’s important to know that not all nitrates are the same, just as all people are not the same, all water is not the same, all sugar is not the same, and all protein is not the same. For example, gluten is an entirely different protein from the protein inside meat or the protein inside nuts. Also, the naturally occurring nitrates that can develop in an oxidized form of celery such as celery powder and celery juice powder are not the same as the harmful nitrates that are added to meat and all kinds of other products. Nitrates are different from nitrites; they’re not the same thing. Even celery powder, which does contain naturally occurring nitrates, can’t be relied upon as a method for curing foods such as pickles or meat because it still doesn’t contain nitrites.
Fresh celery juice also doesn’t contain nitrites. Nothing naturally occurring in celery and celery juice is harmful. This is the same for pure celery powder and pure celery juice powder (although I don’t recommend them as a replacement for fresh celery juice as they don’t have the same healing properties). Here’s where the confusion lies: harmful nitrates can be added to celery powder, celery juice powder, or celery salt by a company that makes it or uses it to make another product. Celery gets false blame for harmful nitrates in preserved meats and other products—when the truth is that it’s a classic case of contaminating celery with add-ins. Your fresh celery juice cannot have harmful nitrates in it unless you add them yourself. If you don’t drink fresh celery juice because you believe it contains harmful nitrates or nitrites, then you are going to lose the unique healing opportunity that fresh celery juice—which does not contain nitrates or nitrites—can provide.”

Celery juice consumed in the proper way is helping millions of people across the globe to heal and improve all kinds of chronic illnesses and symptoms. This special healing practice, originated by #1 New York Times Bestselling Author Anthony William, has exploded into a global movement simply because it works––people are healing.
You’ll hear some sources say that celery juice is mostly water. That misses one of the most critical understandings about this humble herb (yes, celery is an herb) and what it does for our bodies. Yes, celery juice has what we could easily call water. It’s not the water you would fill a swimming pool with, though. It’s not the water you’d put in a fish pond. It’s not the water that comes out of a hose or your faucet or that falls from the sky as rain. It’s simply not water in the way we think of water.
If you hear rumors that drinking a glass of water is basically the same as drinking a glass of celery juice, know that this isn’t true. Celery juice is a healing liquid, a structured tonic that’s filled with the life of the herb and that plant’s life story, energy, and nutrients. As Medical Medium Anthony William shares, “A glass of celery juice is saturated with information. It’s saturated with intelligence. It’s saturated with ample amounts of trace minerals and sodium cluster salts. It’s not even just that, though. The hydrobioactive water in celery juice is organized in such a way that it uniquely suspends those life-giving nutrients and phytochemical compounds so that they’re ready to be delivered to your body. This water is alive and has a system to it, one that will be studied in the years to come.”

When you think about antioxidants, images of deep purple and red berries and other brightly colored fruits and vegetables may come to mind. And you’d be right to think that these foods are packed full of antioxidants. What probably doesn’t come to mind when you think about antioxidants is celery juice, and yet this incredible herbal medicine is indeed packed with special antioxidants. In truth, these antioxidants are one of the key reasons so many people who are drinking celery juice in the way I recommend in Medical Medium Celery Juice: The Most Powerful Medicine of Our Time Healing Millions Worldwide are healing from all kinds of chronic illnesses and symptoms.
Toxic Heavy Metals
One of the greatest threats to our health today is the toxic heavy metals we have inside of us. I discuss them in all of the Medical Medium book series because they are one of what I call “The Unforgiving Four”. These are four of the most serious and merciless health threats we face and the true causes of the epidemic of chronic and mystery illness we are experiencing today. They're also quickly getting worse with each generation.
It's common knowledge that there are toxic heavy metals that we are exposed to in our environment and products we use. What's not known is the extent of the damage they do to our health, and how they are also passed down through our bloodlines. For example, mercury, a particularly devastating and obnoxious heavy metal, that was mined a thousand or more years ago could have been passed down through your family line from generation to generation and now be inside your body causing neurological and other kinds of conditions and diseases. If you or someone you love experiences brain fog, depression, anxiety, insomnia, tremors, ADHD, autism, ALS, Parkinson’s, eczema, psoriasis, migraines, addiction, memory loss, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, or difficulty concentrating, to name just a few, then it’s highly likely toxic heavy metals are at work.
Health problems don’t come just from the toxic heavy metals themselves, but also their runoff. Fatty deposits cling to toxic heavy metal deposits, and when fatty deposits and toxic heavy metals touch like this, it causes the metals to oxidize. Toxic heavy metals possess a destructive charge, which is part of what causes them to react to fatty deposits and other toxic heavy metals so aggressively and create oxidation in the process. As metals in the body rust over time, it leads to this corrosive runoff that damages nearby tissue.
Fatty deposits, which are highly absorbent, also draw in this toxic discharge, which is extremely fat soluble. As a result, the fatty deposit becomes highly toxic and can then act as fuel for the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), shingles, human herpesvirus 6 (HHV-6), or any other kind of pathogen that may reach the brain and cause many different difficult and debilitating symptoms and conditions.
How Celery Juice’s Antioxidants Work For You
One of the functions of the antioxidants in celery juice is to remove fatty deposits from around toxic heavy metal deposits in your body. Celery juice’s antioxidants help prevent metals from decaying by removing fatty deposits from around heavy metal deposits and also specially coating the heavy metals to discourage oxidation.
In addition, the undiscovered sodium cluster salts in celery juice attach to the antioxidants in celery juice and together defuse toxic heavy metals’ destructive charge, rendering the heavy metals much less aggressive. With the destructive charge neutralized, celery juice’s special antioxidants can stop oxidation much more effectively. It’s yet one more of celery juice’s unique, unknown abilities to help stop symptoms, disorders, and disease.
Drinking celery juice daily in the way I recommend in Medical Medium Celery Juice is so important for chronic illnesses and symptoms for these undiscovered reasons and many more. Specifically when it comes to removing toxic heavy metals from the body and minimizing the damage they cause, consuming celery juice daily, along with the Medical Medium Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie and incorporating the Additional Healing Guidance I also share in Medical Medium Celery Juice, will provide critical support so you can move forward with true healing.
Celery juice is everywhere for a reason: because it’s saving lives as it restores people’s health one symptom at a time. From celebrities posting about their daily celery juice routines to people from all walks of life sharing pictures and testimonials of their dramatic recovery stories, celery juice is revealing itself to ignite healing when all odds seem against it. What began decades ago as a quiet movement has become a global healing revolution. If you’ve ever experienced digestive problems such as constipation, diarrhea, bloating, excess gas, stomach pain, or small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), or looked into how the body works, you might have heard about the digestive enzymes we need to break down food. These digestive enzymes are crucial, but they’re not the only digestive enzymes your body uses. There are three other types of digestive enzymes you need and where they come from might surprise you: celery juice.
Medical research and science doesn’t yet know that celery juice contains completely different digestive enzymes, which perform a separate function to the digestive enzymes that break down food in your stomach. These digestive enzymes are completely unique to celery juice, meaning you can’t get them from any other food. As I share in Medical Medium Celery Juice: The Most Powerful Medicine of Our Time Healing Millions Worldwide, celery juice’s digestive enzymes are “like little capsules that are activated by pH change when they enter the small intestinal tract. One celery juice enzyme can reignite, revive, and reactivate multiple weakened digestive enzymes from other sources that are hanging around in the small intestine.”
What does this mean for your body?
First, it’s important to understand that almost everyone today has digestive enzymes that are not as strong as they’re meant to be. The reason for this is because the liver plays a critical role in producing one essential type of digestive enzyme––a truth which is decades away from being discovered by research and science. But the problem is that nine out of ten people right now have livers that are overburdened and sluggish from having to deal with so many toxins, pathogens, pollutants, poor diet and lifestyle choices, alcohol, medication, drugs, cigarettes, air fresheners, colognes and perfumes, and more. A struggling liver impacts the production of the type of digestive enzyme the liver is responsible for, which in turn affects digestion and contributes to other problems within the body. This is one key reason why so many people experience digestive issues of some kind over their lifetime. If you’ve been fortunate enough to have not experienced any digestive issues yet, it’s still important to take preventative steps now to avoid suffering with them in the future.
Celery juice's digestive enzymes are a saving grace to these weak enzymes almost everyone has. They come along and reinvigorate these weary enzymes so they can do their job better. Plus, celery juice’s enzymes re-stimulate enzymes from food that are in the small intestine. Celery juice also revives the liver so it can produce stronger bile-related digestive enzymes in the first place and helps strengthen the pancreas and ignite pancreatic enzymes. In addition, the enzymes in celery juice themselves are profoundly powerful for the breakdown, digestion, and assimilation of certain nutrients that neither bile nor hydrochloric acid addresses, because the digestion process is that complex. Medical research and science do not yet fully understand how digestion works and how intricate, involved, and miraculous it is.
The benefits I’ve shared here are just a handful of the ways celery juice’s enzymes are instrumental in improving the health and functioning of your body. There’s many more ways they support you. Celery juice actually contains well over two dozen varieties of enzymes, most of them undiscovered and involved in the breakdown of waste matter inside the intestinal tract. But it’s the healing benefits the three special undiscovered enzymes I mentioned above provide that are one of the main reasons so many people feel better and heal when they drink 16 ounces of straight celery juice on an empty stomach every morning. You can read more about celery juice’s digestive enzymes and the other incredible healing benefits of celery juice in Medical Medium Celery Juice.
Celery juice isn’t a short-term fad or trend that is going to soon pass. It’s not something that’s popular right now but will soon be a distant memory. That will never happen with celery juice because its healing power is too great. It has made that much of a difference in millions of people’s health and lives already and will continue to help many millions more. Celery juice, when consumed in the specific way I share in Medical Medium Celery Juice has the potential to bring improvement and healing to all kinds of chronic illnesses and symptoms, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, acid reflux, bloating, SIBO, migraines, anxiety, depression, dermatitis, allergies, fatigue, mood swings, reproductive issues, fibromyalgia, streptococcus, and much more.
This humble herb’s medicine, extracted through the juicing process, is truly the most powerful medicine of our time healing millions worldwide. I want nothing more than for you and your loved ones to try it for yourself as I describe in Medical Medium Celery Juice so that you too can experience the healing benefits it provides. In Medical Medium Celery Juice I also answer hundreds of questions I receive daily about celery juice and give you exact instructions for how to get the most healing benefits from celery juice. Thank you for your support and commitment to healing. It means the world to me.

Don’t let the simplicity of this juice fool you. The combination of sweet apples with the natural saltiness of the celery and a kick from the ginger is a winner. And the addition of cinnamon takes this juice to a new level of deliciousness. You can rest assured this juice recipe will provide you with the natural glucose and mineral salts your body needs to heal and thrive.
Apples are a truly healing food. They are anti-inflammatory because they starve viruses. When their pectin enters the digestive system, it releases phytochemicals that bind onto viruses, shrouding viral cells so that they can’t feed and proliferate. Apples also have traces of flavonoids, rutin, and quercidin—phytochemicals that are responsible for heavy metal and radiation detoxification—as well as the amino acids glutamine and serine, which help detoxify the brain of MSG. This fruit helps cleanse and purify the organs, improve circulation in your lymphatic system, repair damaged skin, and regulate blood sugar.
Apples are also hydrating on a deep, cellular level. They provide precious trace minerals such as manganese and molybdenum, as well as electrolytes and critical mineral salts that help the body rehydrate after exercise or stress of any kind.
Apple Ginger Celery Juice
4 red apples
4-6 celery stalks
1 to 2 inch piece of ginger
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
In a juicer, juice the apples, celery, and ginger. Stir in the cinnamon and serve.

If people knew all the potent healing properties of celery juice, it would be widely hailed as a miraculous superfood. Celery has an incredible ability to create sweeping improvements for all kinds of health issues.
CELERY JUICE STANDS ALONE
Celery is truly the savior when it comes to chronic illness. I’ve seen thousands of people who suffer from chronic and mystery illness restore their health by drinking 16 ounces of celery juice daily on an empty stomach.
That’s why long ago I started the movement of drinking pure, straight celery juice, and it’s why I want to be sure people know how to use this potent drink correctly and successfully. Celery juice is most powerful when you drink it SOLO.
While it’s great to consume other green juices or vegetables juices and add in items like spinach, kale, parsley, cilantro, or apples, drink those mixed juices at a different time than your straight celery juice. These blends function differently than what I’m recommending as your greatest tool for recovering your health: pure celery juice taken on an empty stomach. If you drink your celery juice first thing in the morning, it will also strengthen your digestion of foods you eat for the rest of the day.
How do I make celery juice?
What is the ideal amount of celery juice to receive the healing benefits?
16 ounces of straight celery juice a day is ideal for receiving its healing benefits. Increasing your intake up to 24 to 32 ounces a day can be extremely beneficial for anyone suffering with chronic illness or symptoms.
How much celery is needed to make 16 oz of juice?
One large bunch typically makes 16 oz (2 cups) of juice.
When is the best time to drink celery juice?
The best time to drink celery juice is in the morning on an empty stomach before you consume anything else other than water or lemon water (wait at least 15 to 30 minutes after the lemon before having your celery juice. Celery juice is a medicinal, not a caloric drink, so you’ll still need breakfast afterward to power you through the morning. Simply wait at least 15 to 30 minutes after drinking your celery juice before consuming anything else.
If you’re unable to consume your celery juice first thing in the morning before food, then the second-best option is to drink it 15 to 30 minutes before eating something or 30 to 60 minutes after eating a light snack or 2 hours after eating a heavier meal anytime during the day.
If you’re having 32 ounces a day, you may wish to have it in two 16 ounce servings. You can drink the first serving in the morning on an empty stomach before eating and the second in the late afternoon or early evening, at least 15 to 30 minutes before eating your next meal.
Which juicer do you recommend?
Omega Juicers are great depending on your budget, but any juicer will work.
Does the celery have to be organic?
Organic is best, but if you can’t get organic don’t worry. You can purchase conventionally grown celery. Then wash each stalk with a drop of natural fragrance-free dish soap, followed by rinsing in water. If you don’t have natural clear dish soap, give the celery a quick rinse in warm water. Making sure to rinse each stalk.
Can I make celery juice ahead of time?
It’s best to drink celery juice immediately after juicing. But if you don’t have options other wise, do not let it go past one day (24 Hours). If using this option, make sure to seal it in a mason jar, and store in the fridge.
Do I need to cut off the leaves of the celery, they taste bitter?
You can leave them on, or cut them off. Some people do prefer to cut them off, because they can make the juice a little bitter.
Can I freeze celery juice, and make batches ahead of time?
If you cannot drink your celery juice after making it, and making ahead and freezing is your only option, then freezing it is okay. But this is a last resort, and should not be relied on. Fresh is always best. Celery juice’s powerful medicinal qualities will decrease when freezing it.
Can I chop and wash celery the night before so it’s ready to juice in the morning?
Yes, this is great way to prepare and save some time for the next morning.
What if I can’t stand the taste of straight celery juice?
If you find the taste of straight celery juice too strong, you can juice one cucumber and/or one apple with the celery. This is a great option as you get adjusted to the flavor. As you get used to it, keep increasing the ratio of celery; the greatest benefits come when celery juice is consumed on it’s own.
Is it okay to add lemon or lime to my celery juice?
Celery juice works best on it’s own. Adding any other ingredients to the juice will dilute it’s medicinal properties. Wait 15- 30 minutes after drinking, before consuming anything else.
Can I just eat celery instead of juicing it?
The reason we juice the celery versus eating it is because juicing and removing the pulp (fiber) is the only way to get the powerful healing benefits for healing chronic illness. There is a trend that is now happening that recommends leaving the pulp in the drink and just have blended celery versus celery juice, which removes the fiber. Try not to get misled by this trend. Leaving the pulp in will keep you from receiving the unique healing benefits of celery juice.
Eating celery itself is helpful and should be part of your diet, but you will not be able to consume enough celery to get the benefits of juicing it. You wouldn’t be able to receive the concentrated undiscovered cluster salts, that do all of the following:
Quickly rebuild your hydrochloric acid so that your stomach can break down protein. If protein isn’t broken down properly it will cause gut rot. Strong hydrochloric acid is important to kill off pathogens entering your mouth.
Celery Juice increases and strengthens your bile. Strong bile is important for the break down fats, and for the killing off pathogens; that have made their way into your body. Eating straight celery wouldn’t allow you to get enough of celery’s cluster salts; that acts as antiseptics for pathogens.
Celery juice restores your central nervous system. Removes old toxins and poisons, such as: old pharmaceuticals from your liver.
Is celery juice okay to consume while pregnant?
Yes, celery juice is safe and healthy to consume while pregnant. If you have any concerns, you can consult your doctor.
Can I add ice to my celery juice?
It’s best not to add ice, ice will dilute the healing properties of the celery juice.
Is it normal to experience a change in bowel movements after drinking celery juice?
Some people may experience a change in their bowel movements when starting to consume celery juice. This is a normal detox reaction that some individuals who have a higher level of toxins may experience. Celery juice will kill off unproductive bacteria in the gut and will also help purge the liver. This can result in loose stools as the body pushes out the toxins from a very toxic liver. Almost everyone today has some degree of liver toxicity, which, as I share in my book Liver Rescue, can lead to countless symptoms and conditions. The loose stools will pass as your body heals and you may notice your bowel movements become more regular and healthier than ever. If you find celery juice too cleansing, try 16 oz of straight cucumber juice. Cucumber juice does not have the same benefits celery juice does but it is very gentle and a great choice until you can restart celery juice.
Will I experience an increase in symptoms after drinking celery juice?
Celery juice is very healing, and the undiscovered sodium cluster salts will begin to kill off pathogens like viruses such as Epstein-Barr and Shingles, as well as bacteria such as Streptococcus inside the body right away. For some people, if they’ve already experienced some symptoms on and off in their life such as fatigue or other symptoms, it’s possible that in some cases these people may temporarily experience symptoms again. These symptoms will be short and brief as the body heals and cleans up. This is a powerful healing step that celery juice can offer for long term future health—WITHOUT symptoms.
However, many times when someone reports feeling an increase in symptoms and thinks it’s because of the celery juice, it will actually be because of something else happening in their body, life or diet but the celery juice unfairly takes the blame. It’s important to understand what else could be happening inside the body and how dietary choices and other lifestyle factors could be leading to the increase in symptoms and conditions someone could be experiencing and how to properly support the body to heal. This is what is covered in great depth in my books Liver Rescue, Thyroid Healing, Life-Changing Foods and Medical Medium. It’s never been more critical to empower yourself to become an expert on the true causes of your symptoms and conditions.
Is it normal to get bloated after drinking celery juice?
No, it is not normal to get bloated after celery juice. However, it's possible that some people who already experience bloating may get some temporary bloating.
Celery juice rapidly speeds up digestion. It does this by prompting the liver to increase bile production, and instantly strengthening the stomach’s hydrochloric acid production. Which then begins to break down old undigested rotting protein, old rancid fats trapped at the bottom of the stomach, and in the small intestinal tract that have been there for decades in everyone. Once these fats and proteins dissolve, bloating tends to go away for almost everyone who is dealing with chronic bloating issues.
But for some, a feeling of bloating can occur that can be mild to severe, depending on how toxic someone’s digestive tract has become and how much old rotten undigested debris is in their digestive tract. As these individuals continue to use celery juice the right way long term, the condition and toxicity of their digestive tract will improve and bloating can disappear— as long as their other eating choices are within the guidelines shared in the Medical Medium information.
I experience stomach pain or upset after drinking celery juice, what is causing this?
This is when someone’s stomach nerves are sensitive. The vagus nerve is the main nerve that sends signals, and helps the stomach to function. Often low grade viral infections such as Shingles and the Epstein Barr, create a lot of neurotoxins that mildly inflame the vagus nerve. So when you drink celery juice, it begins to clean the neurotoxins off the tiny nerve endings inside the stomach lining. This can cause a gentle reaction. Also many peoples stomachs are filled with bacteria such as E. Coli, Streptococcus and H. Pylori. These bacteria die off rapidly which can prompt a spasm, that can be temporarily painful.
Does celery juice contain oxalates?
There is a myth that certain leafy green vegetables and herbs like celery are high in oxalates and are therefore harmful. This is completely incorrect and is preventing many people from getting some powerful and needed nutrients and healing properties provided by foods deemed to be high in oxalates. Oxalates are not the concern they are believed to be.
There are oxalates in every single fruit and vegetable on the planet. The vast array of nutrients in so-called high oxalate leafy greens and celery are some of the most nutritious available to us. Medical research and science has not discovered that there are anti-oxalates in fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens that prevent the oxalates from causing us the damage the current trend tells us they do. In reality, these foods don’t cause us any harm, rather they provide us with critical healing nutrients like phytochemicals, vitamins, and minerals.
Is there anything that can be added to celery juice to make it more beneficial?
Celery juice is a healing tool for the chronically ill. It has healed and continues to heal millions of people worldwide. Sadly, some individuals are now trying to take advantage of the popularity of celery juice by changing the recipe and adding new ingredients so they can call it their own and profit from it. They recommend adding ingredients like collagen, apple cider vinegar, and activated charcoal to celery juice, but these three items all destroy and denature celery juice when added to it, taking away all of its one of a kind healing properties and bringing ingredients into your body that don’t support healing.
For the protection of your own health, it’s important you are aware of how misleading and unhelpful these trends are that compromise the purity and power of celery juice. These trends have been started by individuals who don’t even believe in celery juice and the healing properties it possesses. They never knew of its existence as a healing tool until the global celery juice movement I started began to organically reach millions of people because it is so effective at helping to heal all kinds of health symptoms and conditions.
These financial investor created trendsetters don’t even know what it is about celery juice that makes it so effective, such as its undiscovered sodium cluster salts that destroy the cell membranes of pathogens so they can be killed off and how the cluster salts rebuild hydrochloric acid. Without knowing how celery juice works and why, they can’t know how to consume it to receive its benefits and how vital it is to not add ingredients such as collagen, apple cider vinegar and, and activated charcoal.
Knowing the right way to drink celery juice is critical for you to get its benefits. There are some ingredients that can activate or enhance the healing properties of celery juice even more. Some of those ingredients are magnesium, l-glutamine and choline for example.
Can breastfeeding women drink celery juice?
Celery juice is incredible for breastfeeding. It can provide an abundance of trace minerals, vitamin C and neurotransmitter chemicals such as the undiscovered sodium cluster salts for the baby to develop healthy, strong organs. Celery juice also helps clean and detoxify the breast milk, purifying it so the baby receives the purest breast milk possible.
Can babies and children drink celery juice?
Yes, celery juice is incredible for the health and development of babies and children.
Can I take celery juice powder or celery powder instead of drinking fresh celery juice?
No, celery juice powder and celery powder can’t replace fresh celery juice. Celery juice powder and celery powder don’t offer any of the benefits that 16 ounces of fresh straight celery juice can. Selling celery juice powders and putting celery inside supplements is going to become a popular trend as celery juice becomes even more well known and people try to profit off the global celery juice movement that is healing the chronically ill. Try to avoid all of these fads. They are a waste of money and they don’t offer the same healing benefits as drinking straight, fresh celery juice every day.
Are there nitrates in celery juice?
Celery and celery juice can’t contain any nitrates that are activated or harmful unless the celery has oxidized or been dehydrated. The naturally occurring nitrates in celery don’t exist when the celery or fresh celery juice hasn’t yet oxidized. When fresh celery juice or celery does oxidize, just like when any herb, vegetable or fruit oxidizes, then a naturally occurring nitrate can develop. But this naturally occurring nitrate is also never harmful in any way, shape or form. Celery juice powder and celery powder have oxidized so they can contain naturally occurring nitrates because that developed through the oxidation process.
These nitrates are not the same variety of nitrates which are considered to be irritating to some people. It’s important to know that not all nitrates are the same, just like all people are not the same, all water is not the same, all sugar is not the same, and all protein is not the same. For example, gluten is an entirely different protein than the protein inside meat or the protein inside nuts. Also, the naturally occurring nitrates that can develop in an oxidized form of celery such as celery powder and celery juice powder are not the same as the harmful nitrates that are added to meat and all kinds of other products.
Also, nitrates are different to nitrites; they’re not the same thing. Even celery powder, which does contain naturally occurring nitrates, can’t be relied upon as a method for curing foods such as pickles or meat because it still doesn't contain nitrites. Fresh celery juice also doesn’t contain nitrites. Anything naturally occurring in celery and celery juice is not harmful. This is the same for pure celery powder and pure celery juice powder. However, harmful nitrates can be added to celery powder or celery juice powder by the company that makes it or uses it in another product. Your fresh celery juice can not have harmful nitrates in it unless you were to add them in yourself.
If you don’t drink fresh celery juice because you believe it contains harmful nitrates, then you are unfortunately going to lose the unique healing opportunity fresh celery juice, which does not contain nitrates, can provide.
How long does it take to feel the benefits of drinking celery juice?
It depends on what condition the person is in. Almost everyone feels benefits of some kind in their first week of drinking celery juice in the right amount and in the right way daily. Many people even feel benefits after their first juice. It all depends on the person and their circumstances, such as their health conditions and symptoms and how toxic and overburdened their liver is with different pathogens and poisons such as pesticides, solvents, herbicides, toxic heavy metals, and all kinds of other chemicals and toxins. (See Liver Rescue for more information on what having a toxic liver means, how common it really is and how to heal your body). If someone is dealing with weight issues, if they have a lot of putrefied and rancid fats in their colon, and/or a lot of bacteria in their intestinal tract such as streptococcus, this will also affect the healing timeline.
The amount of stress someone is experiencing in their life, what else they choose to eat and drink in addition to their straight celery juice, and their other lifestyle habits will also play a role in how long it takes for someone to feel the benefits. But most people do feel a difference rather quickly. Some people who have been drinking celery juice for a long time get used to how good or how much better it makes them feel than when they weren't drinking it. Then they stop drinking celery juice temporarily, like many do, and find they don’t feel as good anymore. They realize at this point just how instrumental the celery juice was in helping them feel better.
It’s important to know that even if someone doesn’t see or feel the benefits of drinking celery juice quickly, it doesn’t mean the benefits aren’t happening. Everybody who drinks celery juice receives benefits immediately, because the healing powers of celery juice begin working immediately upon entering the body. For some people, it can take a bit of time to see or feel the benefits in a tangible way they can notice, even though the celery juice has been providing healing benefits from the first drink internally.
Is there too much sodium in celery juice?
All salt is not the same, just like all sugar is not the same. Consuming high fructose corn syrup, which is detrimental to health, is not the same as eating an apple, which can bring healing to the liver and provide a wealth of critical nutrients. So don’t get confused by the idea that all salt is the same, because it’s not.
If you hear someone say that there’s too much salt in celery juice, they’re not correct. The sodium cluster groups in celery juice are a subgroup of sodium. Science and research have not even discovered all the variations of trace minerals and subgroups of sodium that reside in celery juice. Sodium cluster salts are healing for the body and we can’t get have enough of them. Sixteen ounces of celery juice on a daily basis provides these sodium cluster salts we so greatly need.
Celtic sea salt or Himalayan rock salt are entirely different forms of sodium. No matter how high quality the salt, putting Celtic sea salt or Himalayan rock salt in a drink or on your food is not the same as consuming enough of these undiscovered sodium cluster salts from celery juice. Sodium custer salts are the only form of sodium that destroys pathogens, helps detox the body and helps restore electrolytes and neurotransmitter chemicals. The sodium in celery juice is a medicinal sodium that’s meant for your bloodstream and your body whereas you need to cautious of consuming too much of the type of sodium that comes in even the highest quality salts.
Can I juice celery root instead of celery?
No, celery root is a different plant to the large bunches of celery stalks with leaves. Juicing celery root will not provide the same healing benefits.

We’ll get to more tips in a moment. First, let’s look at what makes this tonic a miracle juice.
Celery juice is teeming with powerful anti-inflammatory properties. This means it’s highly beneficial for people who suffer from chronic and mystery illnesses, including conditions labeled “autoimmune.” Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, rheumatoid arthritis (RA), fibromyalgia, myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS), Lyme disease, migraines, vertigo, celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), diabetes, psoriasis, eczema, acne, lupus, Guillain-Barré syndrome, sarcoidosis, Raynaud’s syndrome, Ménière’s disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), gout, bursitis, bloating, intestinal cramping, distention, acid reflux, vertigo, constipation, restless leg syndrome, tingles, numbness—all of these symptoms and illnesses are mysteries to medical communities, even though they have names. Their true causes are not yet known by medical research and science.
Celery is perfect for reversing inflammation, because it starves the pathogens, including unproductive bacteria and viruses such as Epstein-Barr (EBV), that create it. As I reveal in my book, Thyroid Healing: The Truth behind Hashimoto’s, Graves’, Insomnia, Hypothyroidism, Thyroid Nodules & Epstein-Barr, EBV is the actual cause of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and many other diseases that medical communities call autoimmune. (More on the true cause of autoimmune conditions soon.) These pathogens lead to hundreds of different symptoms and conditions that go misdiagnosed.
THE WONDERS OF CELERY’S MINERAL SALTS
Celery is able to starve pathogens, plus it contains a multitude of undiscovered mineral salts that act together as an antiseptic. When these powerful mineral salts make contact with viruses such as Epstein-Barr, HHV-6, and shingles; bacteria such as Streptococcus; and other pathogens—troublemakers responsible for chronic illness—the salts begin to break down the pathogens’ cell membranes, eventually killing and destroying them.
If you’re worried that the sodium in celery is a problem because you’ve heard that “salt is salt,” know that the sodium in celery is not just salt or the basic mineral sodium. Medical research and science have not yet discovered the different varieties of sodium in celery, nor how beneficial they are. Celery’s naturally occurring sodium actually helps stabilize blood pressure, bringing it down when it’s too high and up when it’s too low. Further, it won’t dehydrate your organs—instead, it clings to toxic, dangerous salts from poor-quality foods and helps draw them out of your body while replacing them with undiscovered cluster salts.
These subgroups of sodium bond together as one and are infused with celery’s other critical chemical compounds and information that’s highly active in healing the body. Science has not yet deconstructed or studied these cluster salts. Eventually, research will reveal that these cluster salts work symbiotically and systematically to flush out toxins, dead pathogens such as viruses and bacteria, and pathogenic neurotoxins and debris from every crevice of the body.
Neurotoxins, by the way, are created by viruses such as EBV feeding on toxic heavy metals, including mercury and aluminum. Medical science and research are not yet aware that viruses feed on certain fuel, let alone that they produce neurotoxins as waste. Neurotoxins create neurological symptoms, including burning skin, twitches, tremors, spasms, cold hands and feet, balance issues, vertigo, erratic heartbeat, insomnia, and body jerks, that confound doctors.
Now that you know that pathogens like EBV are responsible for chronic illness, you can understand just how critical the antiseptic function of celery’s cluster salts truly is. Your white blood cells use these cluster salts as both shield and weapon to go after viruses and unproductive bacteria—and that translates to relief from the numerous symptoms and conditions they cause.
MORE ON CELERY’S MAGNIFICENT MINERAL SALTS
Mineral salts are critical for our bodies to function optimally. They keep your kidneys and adrenals functioning and raise your gut’s hydrochloric acid so your body can break down and assimilate what you eat—while they balance your pH as well as cleanse and repair your stomach, the rest of your digestive tract, and, most importantly, your liver. They also allow information to travel throughout your body so it can keep itself in balance no matter what’s occurring.
The mineral salts specifically in celery are instrumental in the electricity that governs the body—they’re building blocks for neurotransmitter chemicals, they ignite electrical impulse activity, and they support neuron function. A brain with weak electrical impulses and weak neurotransmitters shuts down and goes into “low battery” mode—which makes celery juice, a battery charger for the brain, an answer to stop this from happening. Mineral salts keep the heart pumping and create the neurotransmitters needed to take information from point A to point B, that is, from neuron to neuron. (Picture a thought as a boat and mineral salts as the ocean: if the ocean dries up, the boat can’t go anywhere.)
That celery’s mineral salts are such an important support for the central nervous system means they are extremely healing for people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, brain fog, confusion, bipolar disorder, memory loss, Alzheimer’s disease, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as well as people who have difficulty with focus and concentration.
Celery can really enhance the ability of supplemental GABA, glycine, and magnesium L-threonate to be absorbed by the brain and aid in neurotransmitter performance for sleep support. Celery also improves methylation, that is, the proper absorption and utilization of hundreds of nutrients, including B12 and zinc.
The electrolytes in celery hydrate on a deep cellular level, lessening your chances of suffering from migraines, anxiety, panic attacks, and more. Celery also stabilizes and supports the adrenal glands, offers stress assistance, and repairs damaged cells inside the liver.
And since celery’s mineral salts are antibacterial, they kill bacteria such as strep, and that encourages a healthy environment for “good” bacteria. Low-grade strep infections are often the actual cause of urinary tract infections (UTIs), chronic sinus infections, acne, IBS, and small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), though at this time medical communities aren’t aware that strep infections are involved in these conditions. Now you know that celery juice and its antibacterial properties can help heal all of these conditions, too.
If you suffer from a thyroid condition, take note: celery has the ability to cleanse the thyroid of toxins and bolster production of the thyroid hormone T3. For more on the unknown true cause of thyroid problems like Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, Graves’ disease, thyroid nodules, cysts and tumors, enlarged thyroid, parathyroid disease, and much more, refer to Thyroid Healing.
CELERY JUICE AND AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE
Celery’s ability to break down and flush out viruses is life-changing news for anybody who has been told they have an autoimmune disease. Pathogens such as viruses, including EBV and shingles, are the true cause of the inflammation that’s mistakenly considered an autoimmune condition. Medical communities just aren’t aware of the real cause yet.
The prevailing autoimmune theory is that the immune system is mistaking a part of the body for an invader and has begun attacking it, causing inflammation. This belief developed because by the 1950s, the medical world had become frustrated with not having an explanation for why conditions such as Hashimoto’s, Graves’, lupus, RA, Crohn’s disease, celiac, ulcerative colitis, and multiple sclerosis (MS) were leaving people ailing or even crippled. Close observation of some patients’ blood work revealed the presence of antibodies. A theory took off that the body had become confused and created antibodies to attack itself. It’s vital to remember that this was just one out of dozens of theories—it was never a definitive answer. The whole premise was an unproven hypothesis that the medical establishment came up with because they didn’t have the real answers for people’s suffering. So they pointed the blame at people’s bodies, which took the blame off of medical research and science, and unfortunately, the theory has stuck and become law.
The autoimmune theory is not true. It’s critical to know what’s really happening with autoimmune issues: antibodies are present because your body is fighting a pathogen that scientific testing can’t detect yet. For example, in the case of Hashimoto’s, if antibodies are present, it’s because your body is going after the Epstein-Barr virus. It’s not that your body created antibodies that are attacking your thyroid gland. You can learn more about this in Thyroid Healing.
Again, contrary to current thinking, the body does not attack itself or turn against you. Your body only goes after pathogens, and only two factors cause inflammation: injury and invasion. Pathogens cause both. They’re invaders—foreign bodies in your body—and can also be injurers, sometimes damaging tissue in their travels through your system. (It doesn’t always take both factors to cause inflammation; for example, if you break your leg and it swells up, that’s solely an injury. It does always take at least one of these two causes.)
Sadly, the popular, incorrect autoimmune theory holds people responsible for their sickness. It leads people to believe that their body has betrayed them, turned against them, let them down. When you’re leaving the doctor’s office after being told that your body is attacking itself or attacking a specific organ, it can be emotionally damaging, and that belief itself hinders your immune system. Your body is loyal to you. It’s doing it’s very best to help you be whole and healed. It loves you unconditionally. Your own immune system will never harm you, it only works for you. Knowing this truth can kick-start the healing process for someone who previously believed their body was against them.
The autoimmune confusion is one of the greatest mistakes in modern medicine. It’s a prime example of why more than 250 million people in the U.S. alone are living with or suffering from mystery symptoms and conditions with no real relief.
Which brings us back to why celery juice is such a big deal. As celery ushers pathogens out, your body will be much better able to handle whatever life throws your way.
BALANCING YOUR BODY’S PH
Why is it so beneficial that celery juice strengthens hydrochloric acid in your gut? Because hydrochloric acid is critical to digestion and to keeping your digestive system alkaline.
Although we can hear the word “acid” and think “bad,” gastric acids, including hydrochloric acid, are critical, helpful acids, not to be confused with having an acidic digestive system, which is detrimental to health.
When you eat, food quickly travels down to your stomach to be digested with the help of hydrochloric acid. Although science hasn’t discovered this yet, hydrochloric acid isn’t just one acid—it’s actually a complex blend of seven acids. If hydrochloric acid levels are out of balance or low, your food won’t be sufficiently digested in your stomach. That means the food won’t break down enough for your cells to access the nutrients, and instead the food will just sit there and rot, causing bad acids to develop.
PREVENTING AMMONIA PERMEABILITY, A MAJOR UNKNOWN CAUSE OF ILL HEALTH
This gut rot, or putrefaction, creates ammonia gas, which has the ability to float, ghost-like, out of your digestive tract and directly into your bloodstream. It can also cross into organs such as your liver and brain. This is what I call ammonia permeability.
Millions of people walk around with digestive health problems, and one of the contributing factors is ammonia permeability, along with underlying sluggish liver issues. (The truth about ammonia permeability hasn’t yet been discovered. Similar though mistaken concepts are often referred to as “leaky gut syndrome” or “intestinal permeability.”)
Another condition that worsens low hydrochloric acid and creates ammonia permeability is a sluggish, stagnant, fatty liver. Underlying liver conditions are extremely common. Medical communities don’t yet know how prevalent they really are or what’s behind these issues in the first place. A sluggish, stagnant, fatty liver causes lower bile production, which means the body can’t break down and disperse fats easily, and that also contributes to gut rot, causing even more ammonia permeability. It is vital to understand how to support your liver as almost everyone today has a sluggish liver which is at the core of countless symptoms, illnesses and premature aging and death. Thankfully, there are simple ways to support your liver’s health. I share these in detail in my book, Liver Rescue.
Here’s where our heroic celery juice comes in: It effectively rebuilds the stomach’s complex balance and supply of hydrochloric acid. It also strengthens the digestive system by helping to heal the liver, which leads to an increase in bile production, easing constipation and bloat. Plus by lowering levels of pathogens such as bacteria and viruses and invaders such as fungus and mold, it leads to strengthened intestinal linings. Celery juice is one of the most profound ways, if not the most profound way, to restore digestive health. It is that powerful.
CELERY JUICE FOR BODY AND EMOTIONS
We tend to hold a lot of fear in our guts. Nervousness causes those sensations we know as tummy flips or butterflies in the stomach, and anxiety can run deep through the nervous system, putting our guts in knots. By restoring the entire digestive system, celery juice puts our minds and hearts at ease, too. Use it for its calming effects when you are feeling frightened, panicky, shocked, fretful, nervous, threatened, unsure, afraid, or defensive.
I could go on and on about the benefits of celery juice for all manner of ills—mental, physical, spiritual, emotional. Celery juice is alkalizing, enzyme-rich, electrolyte-enhancing, liver-repairing, blood-sugar-balancing, antiseptic, and more.
Don’t let the simplicity of humble celery mask it’s strength—it’s often the simplest of measures in life that gracefully work wonders in the most complex situations. Celery juice truly is a miracle juice. It’s one of the greatest healing tonics of all time.
CELERY JUICE TIPS
If you want to heal and improve your health quickly and efficiently, follow this routine:
* Every morning, drink roughly 16 ounces of celery juice on an empty stomach. Make sure it’s fresh, plain celery juice with no other ingredients. Celery juice is a medicinal, not a caloric drink, so you’ll still need breakfast afterward to power you through the morning. Simply wait at least 15 minutes after drinking your celery juice before consuming anything else.
* If you’re sensitive and 16 ounces is too much, start with a smaller amount and work your way up.
* Use organic celery whenever possible. If you’re using conventional celery, be sure to wash it especially well before juicing.
* If you find the taste of straight celery juice too strong, you can juice one cucumber and/or one apple with the celery. This is a great option as you get adjusted to the flavor. As you get used to it, keep increasing the ratio of celery; the greatest benefits come when celery juice is consumed on its own.
CELERY JUICE RECIPE
Plain, fresh celery juice is one of the most powerful healing juices available to us. This clean, green drink is the very best way to start your day. Make this juice a part of your daily routine, and soon you won’t want to go a day without it!
1 bunch celery
Rinse the celery and run it through a juicer. Drink immediately for best results.
Alternatively, you can chop the celery and blend it in a high-speed blender until smooth. Strain well and drink immediately.
I hope you will find a way to bring celery juice into your life soon—doing so will help bring you the healing you deserve. I wish you many blessings on your journey.
