Papaya Smoothie Bowl

Last week I introduced you to The Holy Four, which are the four food groups with undiscovered healing powers that I introduced to you in my new book Life-Changing Foods: Save Yourself And The Ones You Love With The Hidden Healing Powers Of Fruits & Vegetables.

These four food groups - Wild Foods, Fruits, Vegetables, and Herbs and Spices - are critical for healing every kind of illness, symptom, or sickness today. We all know fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens are important, but no one knows the real truth about just how greatly they influence health and healing. As I've said before, medical and food science and research have only discovered less than 1% of the miraculous and plentiful healing properties of these foods.

The Holy Four are our best weapons and armor against The Unforgiving Four, which are the four biggest dangers to the health of all of us, and even to our survival. I introduce you to The Unforgiving Four in Life-Changing Foods, and share how they are unknowingly behind almost every illness and symptom you and your loved ones might be experiencing. I know that might seem like a big statement and even unlikely, but it's the truth.

There's a reason over 300 million Americans alone are struggling, or are sick or have a symptom, let alone the billions suffering in other countries. If medical science and research really knew what was causing our struggles, we would also have answers, and people would be getting better. But they're not. They're getting sicker, and it's because we haven't had the information we need to bring about true healing. But now we do because Spirit has given it to me to share with you. There's only one reason I have this gift, and that's for you. Spirit spoke to me at age four and has done so constantly since so I can help you and provide you with the necessary healing information for you and your loved ones to move forward and reclaim your health and lives.

Today I am sharing another sneak peek recipe from Life-Changing Foods, a stunning and healing Papaya Smoothie Bowl. Papaya is one of the most important fruits for anyone who is sick or symptomatic. It's very gentle but powerful in its healing action. It also tastes delicious! If you've tried papaya before and not liked it, it may very well be because it wasn't truly ripe. Papaya is best when it has some give when you gently press on it,

Do you or anyone you know suffer from bloating, gas, stomach aches and cramps, diarrhea, constipation, bacterial infections, SIBO, ulcers, colitis, Crohn's, worms, diverticulitis, or IBS? Papaya is the most important fruit you can eat for stomach and intestinal problems and when enjoyed daily, it can bring about tremendous healing and relief.

Papaya contains more than 500 undiscovered powerful digestive enzymes that have the power to support the pancreas, aid digestion, and heal the walls of the intestinal tract, even preventing scar tissue from forming there. Papaya also has amino acids and enzymes that when combined create undiscovered subcompound phytochemicals that repel viruses.

Papaya is also one of best foods for healthy, glowing skin. It brings youthfulness to the skin, and helps prevent and lessen wrinkles. It's an ideal food for helping to clear up eczema, psoriasis, and acne. It's also a wonderful aid for conditions and diseases, including stagnant and sluggish liver, brain fog, brittle nails, dark under-eye circles, bladder pain, fatigue, Hashimoto's, lupus, fibromyalgia, eating disorders, blood disorders, and incontinence.

As I share in Life-Changing Foods, one of my favorite properties of the humble papaya is that it brings light to anyone who eats it. Papaya can lift your spirits and help you or a loved one let go of crankiness, frustration, and impatience. That's why I especially love these Papaya Smoothie Bowls as a meal to share with someone you care about, or who's life you want to touch in a positive way. Make these bowls for yourself and others and reap the hidden benefits of these powerful ingredients.

Raspberries, another ingredient in today's recipe, are a delicious treat from nature. Juicy, sweet, tart, and so vibrant, they are a very special food. Raspberries have powerful anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, and anti-aging properties making them particularly beneficial for autoimmune disorders, such as arthritis, atherosclerosis, heart disease, scleroderma, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, lupus, and colon, breast, prostate, stomach, and lung cancer.

They also contain a compound called raspberry ketone that has been shown to increase the metabolism of fat cells, making them a great choice if you or a loved one is trying to lose weight. Raspberry ketones can also help to improve insulin balance and blood sugar regulation, making it a great food for type 2 diabetics. Raspberries, like all berries, are an incredible brain food, heart health aid, and support for fertility.

As you eat berries, reflect on the abundance of berries available year round and how they grow on bushes low to the ground so we can easily pick them and share in them with animals also in need of nourishment. The selfless nature of berries help us to also become more generous, kind, and selfless.

Dates are another healing food for your digestive system, so having them with the papaya in this recipe gives you a fantastic digestive health recipe. They're also one of the best brain foods, like berries. Dates are a truly medicinal food, so a few dates can go a long way. In fact, in Life-Changing Foods I recommend you literally take a date with you a long way - when you're traveling. They will help bring you good luck in finding the food you need when you travel.

The anti-parasitical, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-cancer, and anti-candida properties of dates make them a key food for the health dangers we face today from The Unforgiving Four. Include more dates if you or a loved one has diabetes, adrenal fatigue, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), rosacea, obesity, cardiovascular disease, earache, urinary urgency, tremors, panic attacks, tics, and confusion. Dates are another amazing food to help bring more selflessness to you or a loved one, while simultaneously helping to strengthen your purpose in this life.

These are just a few of the benefits of three of the ingredients in today's Papaya Smoothie Bowl recipe. In Life-Changing Foods, I reveal the benefits of the other ingredients in the more than 50 healing foods I share. You will learn how to protect yourself and your family and friends physically, emotionally, and spiritually with the hidden healing powers of The Holy Four. I promise you don't want to miss out on learning this information that's never been shared or discovered before.

If you haven't already pre-ordered your copy of Life-Changing Foods: Save Yourself And The Ones You Love With The Hidden Healing Powers Of Fruits And Vegetables, please consider doing so now because it will very likely go out of stock soon after release. This is what happened many times with my book Medical Medium and I don't want anyone else to be frustrated. I know that when you open the book, you won't be disappointed.

There's so much healing information inside that can help change people's health and lives. I deeply care from the bottom of my heart about you and your loved ones, and I want us all to move forward and heal together. Know that I'm with you and I stand behind you. Thank you again for being here and learning this critical information. I am truly honored to be of service and I'm so proud of you.
