Papaya Smoothie Bowls
These papaya smoothie bowls are almost too pretty to eat, but don't let that stop you. Papaya and raspberry were made for each other and the addition of banana, mango and mint takes this smoothie bowl over the top. Have fun creating your own designs and customizing this bowl however you want. The options are endless and it's fun to get creative in the kitchen!
6 cups papaya
2 cups raspberries, divided
1 cup mango, diced
1 banana, sliced
1 tbsp mint, minced
1 tbsp shredded coconut
½ lime, juice only
Blend papaya, dates and 1 cup of the raspberries in a blender until smooth. Pour into two bowls and arrange banana, mango, and remaining raspberries on top. Finish with a sprinkle of shredded coconut, fresh mint, and a squeeze of lime juice.
