Papaya Smoothie Bowl

Last week I introduced you to The Holy Four, which are the four food groups with undiscovered healing powers that I introduced to you in my new book Life-Changing Foods: Save Yourself And The Ones You Love With The Hidden Healing Powers Of Fruits & Vegetables.

These four food groups - Wild Foods, Fruits, Vegetables, and Herbs and Spices - are critical for healing every kind of illness, symptom, or sickness today. We all know fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens are important, but no one knows the real truth about just how greatly they influence health and healing. As I've said before, medical and food science and research have only discovered less than 1% of the miraculous and plentiful healing properties of these foods.

Today I am sharing another sneak peek recipe from Life-Changing Foods, a stunning and healing Papaya Smoothie Bowl. Papaya is one of the most important fruits for anyone who is sick or symptomatic. It's very gentle but powerful in its healing action. It also tastes delicious! If you've tried papaya before and not liked it, it may very well be because it wasn't truly ripe. Papaya is best when it has some give when you gently press on it,

Do you or anyone you know suffer from bloating, gas, stomach aches and cramps, diarrhea, constipation, bacterial infections, SIBO, ulcers, colitis, Crohn's, worms, diverticulitis, or IBS? Papaya is the most important fruit you can eat for stomach and intestinal problems and when enjoyed daily, it can bring about tremendous healing and relief.

Papaya contains more than 500 undiscovered powerful digestive enzymes that have the power to support the pancreas, aid digestion, and heal the walls of the intestinal tract, even preventing scar tissue from forming there. Papaya Smoothie Bowls


These papaya smoothie bowls are almost too pretty to eat, but don't let that stop you. Papaya and raspberry were made for each other and the addition of banana, mango and mint takes this smoothie bowl over the top. Have fun creating your own designs and customizing this bowl however you want. The options are endless and it's fun to get creative in the kitchen!

Ingredients:

6 cups papaya
2 cups raspberries, divided
4 dates
1 cup mango, diced
1 banana, sliced
1 tbsp mint, minced
1 tbsp shredded coconut
½ lime, juice only

Directions:

Blend papaya, dates and 1 cup of the raspberries in a blender until smooth. Pour into two bowls and arrange banana, mango, and remaining raspberries on top. Finish with a sprinkle of shredded coconut, fresh mint, and a squeeze of lime juice.

Serves 2
